Hubbers and I were walking through the shops and discussed how people can afford anything in this general area. I even had the nerve to say, "Eh, I'd rather go to the outlets and find something similar that doesn't come with a hefty price tag." Then we dropped by this place out of curiosity just to see if they had Converse kicks (I'm a fan, what can I say.) What I found instead are a few pairs of Nike's that were priced ridiculously low. As the story (and assumptions go), I thought, "They probably don't even have my size." But just to satisfy that curiosity, I asked anyway. Staff (my bad for not remembering her dang name!) said, "We got it, no worries." I ended up with 4 pairs of shoes - one for Big Bro and 3 for me (and 2 of those 3 are the same exact pair!) I asked why these particular shoes were priced so low. She said, "We're trying to decreased inventory to make room for new ones." Finding a bargain like this in a place where everything seem substantially expensive is nothing short of AMAZING! Point of the story is: I shouldn't be so presumptuous. I'm glad of the stop. Poor experience at the shop at The Venetian. Bought a pair of shoes and had to return them cause too small. The store manager refuse to change them because without the box it's a final sale and items cannot be replaced or refunded. Sadly, nobody had told me so yesterday.. This is a lack of working ethics and integrety. Shame on you! read more

My husband and me were definitely impressed with both levels of shoe choices at the ShoePalace. When we were shown the second floor that was all Jordan's we were so amazed by the variety and huge selection of all Jordan apparel and shoes. Only thing I was sad about was that they did not carry the red/black 6 rings for my 4 year old son. I did get a pair for my older son and then I snatched a pair of black on black 6 rings for myself. Best decision. They do take awhile to break in, so initially when I tried them on, they ran true to size but felt snug in the front toe area and a little bit above. The shoe representative mentioned they will stretch over time. I absolutely recommend shoe palace! Check them out when you are in Vegas or if you have a location near you! read more

Came in for shoes, grabbed them and gave the worker my shoe and size request. Came back with a bigger size, after watching him walk around for 5 min w/it in their hand. Oh good my shoe is here. Except that it is a hazard as she was DROPPING several shoes to sale s person from upstairs! Glad nobody walked in! Pretty sure that is not in their SOP. read more

The employees that work here are almost like car salesmen, except less professional. Seems to be a trend in most Shoe Palace's, but there's nothing wrong with their hustle. They offer a variety of sneakers, ranging from adidas to Nike to Puma. They sell a few shirts here too, but depending on your style, you may be better off buying actual clothing somewhere else. read more

While I was staying at the Venetian I decided to visit the show palace for some shoes. They had the ones I waned however each time I went in the store, no one acknowledged me. I stood there near the shoe and the employees stood around talking to each other and not helping anyone. This happened twice. Needless to say I did not purchase anything. I will never go back to this store. They made me feel extremely overwhelmed and sad. I went for a simple exchange of shoes (sorry I wasn't spending money) and the guy gave me a lot of attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. My husband did purchase those shoes at a different location. When they didn't fit I went back and they didn't have my size. The gentleman at that store checked online and told me Venetian only had them. The guy at Venetian got really annoyed cause they told me to go to that store. He asked me like 3 times if I was sure they told me to go to their store. I said yes. He said I'll go get the shoes and call them cause they aren't supposed to do that shit. I have been in this store many times and usually the customer service is great. I'm giving this rating because the music is way too loud!! I am often with my family and my son is autistic and the music level makes it an obstacle to shop. It's uncomfortable even for me , but extremely uncomfortable to those who are sensitive. They asked me nicely to put on a mask , while I was looking for a shoe they helped me with in 2 minutes , and the girl that helped me was really sweet amazing service. The employees just stood near the front of the store talking to each other. Their were approximately 8-10 customers in the store. When I asked them a question they made me feel like I was burdening them. Dealt with 3 different employees and I got the same response. I've very disgusted at the customer service in this store! i walked in and wasn't greeted and when there is someone there. The person that was standing there was just on his phone. Showed up to a live raffle at 8:20am well inside the time zones shown on instagram only to find out that this store did not listen to anything that corporate said and decided to start drawing names at 7am. After driving 20 mins and spending another 30mins parking I was turned away with the doors shut in my face. A bunch of unprofessional works cussing and throwing the racist terms like it was nothing. Hands down the best customer service from Diane!!! I believe she was the manager on duty who ran the floor really well. Although it was busy, she had her associates running and made sure everyone was being helped.. about two different associates approached us but we were browsing at the time until diane asked our family if we had any questions and if we needed help finding anything. At that moment, my son found a few shoes that he wanted to try on. She asked her associates to grab those pairs then asked me if I was looking for anything. (Honestly I didn't want to buy anything at all) but the way she approached us and took care of my son, I had an interest in buying shoes also. She definitely helped my son and I find the right shoe for ourselves..... and the team was also helpful!!! Walked out with two shoes and two cleaners that was buy one get one free. Awesome customer service. Make sure you guys ask for diane. She is great and her personality is outgoing too!!! She also knows her shoes really well. Very well trained!
