This is the worst shoe store I have ever been to. Their return policy is shady and even their corporate customer service is terrible and didn't help. I bought 3 pairs of converse shoes and since I was traveling I didn't need the boxes. The manager Timothy never said we cannot return or exchange the shoes without the boxes. That was on a Monday night. I tried the shoes at the hotel and they were a little tight. Tuesday at noon I came back to exchange them for a larger size and the assistant manager was unable to let us exchange the shoes for a larger pair (you guessed it, because we didn't have the boxes, which the manager never said would be an issue in the first place). Anyways now I'm left with 3 pairs of shoes that I cannot use. Never coming back here again. Ps. Update: the assistant manager Ricardo was very considerate and helped resolve the issue. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was there with my 2 daughters today Friday at around 7:00pm. There were 3 individuals behind the counter cursing and joking while customers were in the store. My daughter asked to try on some shoes and she was told to try on the display... it wasn't even her size ! Shoe Palace lost customers because their staff was too lazy to help out customers and unprofessional. read more

Me and my boyfriend came here to buy a Christmas gift for his sister after he looked around for a good 10-15 minutes he asked for one shoe, they didn't have it in the size we wanted so we asked for another shoe they didn't have that one either, nor the next we asked for. The guy tried to tell my bf we were looking at youth shoes which is why they didn't have them in the sizes we wanted which made absolutely no sense because the youth is clearly in the back where it says junior and we were on the side of the woman's shoes wall. Finally the employee told us they had a lot of the shoes we were asking for in men's just not in the same color wave. So asked for another pair in a men's size in a different color, they rang up as the wrong price unfortunately my bf didn't notice until after he saw the receipt so he brought it to the employees attention and he asked what to do about it and we were told we would refund them item and repurchase it again for the right price which is ridiculous we would basically have to speak another $120++ and still have the other transaction for the greater amount pending while the refund is processed. At that point we just asked for a refund and left the store. read more

During my shopping experience with shoe palace, I was confronted and told that anything I touched must be purchased. Before I could comfortably decide on what shoe to purchase I was greeted with "Hey, anything you touch must be purchased." I didn't know this was a store policy and if so is unethical. So I'm posting this review for those who might travel to buy or look for any Jordans, Nikes or anything similar. read more

Was heading to Nike store after leaving Finishline super disappointed by the selection and popped into Shoe Palace... What a difference!!! Tons of selection, appealing store presentation, great customer service!!!! New store manager Richard will take care of you!! My son is in between sizes and rather than suggest the smaller size in which I would be buying a new pair on a month he felt the half size up was a better option Retail is sales driven, but I appreciate his customer focus it is definitely refreshing. As we were there several other customers came in and he expertly managed and engaged everyone that entered the store! If your going be at the outlets stop by and see Richard he may not know who Beast Mode is lol, but he knows about shoes!!!! read more

My wife had been searching for a pair of black and pink Nike shoes that she actually liked. We finally found a pair in this store by unfortunately they did no have the right size. Spoke with Richard the manager and rather than tell us they didn't have any he took the time to locate a pair and put them on hold.
