He was very confused about what I was wanting but after explaining even more he said he would do. He said he would need to buy an invisible zip that was the color of the dress and he would be able to install and it would be ready in time for my graduation. I went in today 5/11 to check on my dress since i haven't gotten a call if it was ready and I need it tomorrow. I go in with my ticket tell him I have a dress here and haven't gotten a call is it ready. He looks at my number, checks to see if it's ready and says "It's not in my system", ok how is it not in your system. Then goes to find my dress, he finds it, and the zipper is not installed. He keeps saying "I don't know how this wasn't in my system" and "how it's not done". WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DONT KNOW HOW ITS NOT DONE! He then measures my dress and said "it was impossible to add a zipper were I want it". Then he says "we can come back and get a zipper installed after my event". How is that possible you just said you couldn't do it. So overall I'm not going there again because that's stupid he didn't have my dress done and don't know how to install a zipper and put an order in your system when I need it done the next day.
