Shout out to Paige for helping me with picking out boots for my Nashville trip!! Five star for the wonderful customer services, the many selection on styles of boots and I know my size has limitations but I'm glad to fit a size ten in boots. Searching for a pair of boots in my size was a bit hard, given due to the fact I didn't want to drop over $450 on a good pair ( I know it's an investment but I just wanted a pair for pictures and go to Dollywood) but in the future I'll invest in one. Now upon coming here, I always passed by this store a lot during my time on Del Mar but never really wanted to go in until Friday where I was picking up my dinner from Taqueria Luna (across from them) and had to see what they offer. She told me the biggest size they carry is a ten on which I understand but hey, can't hurt to try some on. Guys...I was not only shocked in the cute cowgirl boots but I was torn between to color, different materials which of course, Paige help me on it. I ended up picking the beige boots since it was leather and it can be stretch upon wearing it, and I freaking love it! They do have a wide selection on boots with different styles and materials, and a lot of heels and sandals too! Not just boots. I also told my bestie to come to see the boots when she have a chance since she too, is looking for a pair. I'll post another update review after my trip with my pair of boots to see how it holds up. My boots cost $129.25 with tax ($119) Honestly, pretty darn good value on boots and yes, I know there is a Boot Country in Nashville on their buy one get three free but I don't want to risk getting blisters during the trip. Gotta get a pair now so I can break them in before the trip. read more

It was my first time stopping by at Shoes On Del Mar, and I was really impressed. It's a small store, but it is PACKED with some of the cutest and most comfortable shoes. They have some brand names too! I was personally dying for the candy colored heels and the amazing cowgirl boots! The staff are so kind and helpful. Plus, I saw in the window that they're hiring! And, they have air conditioning...that's a huge plus on a hot summer day! read more

This is an awful establishment. The manager is very unprofessional and refused to speak to his customers when HIS business made the mistake. They sold me two shoes that are completely different colors. When I asked to exchange the one shoe the manager wouldn't even talk to us about it. He made his worker talk for him and she couldn't help us without him. A complete waste of $60 for them to not even exchange one shoe. read more

The lady behind the counter was super helpful and sweet the entire time. She was very friendly and made sure I had the right size that felt most comfortable for me. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. The store layout is great and easy to find my favorites right away, great variety in selection as well! Very cute and trendy items. Sometimes it's hard to know what's in when you're in your mid 20s but the girls who work there are super fun cute and so helpful! Terrible experience! I bought a pair of SODA brand, raffia sneakers. After an hour they stretched out so much that my feet literally came out of them! I took them back to the store and explained the issue to the sales associate. She refused to put me in touch with the Manager/owner or give me their name/info. I gave her my info. & she said that the Mngr. would contact me which she did NOT! The associate was arrogant & condescending. I would NOT recommend this store. I never intended to return the shoes as they were darling, however, I went back with the original tags in the original box w/in the timeframe. Horrible customer service! read more

Shoes fell apart after only a few uses (sole completely separated from sandal). Return policy is sneaky and unclear, meaning I can't return my poorly-made shoes because you can only return if it's "unused and still in box." Truly a bummer. I would have hoped for something better. read more

Beware....this new shop on Del Mar is intriguing with all the cute sandals and lovely colors. However, the shoes are cheap and the return policy is terrible...which, of course, they don't tell you about when you buy the shoes...nor is the policy posted. Tiny little letters on the bottom of your receipt...which you won't see until you buy the darned shoes. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes there last week. I asked the sales girl if I could return the shoes if I got them home and changed my mind..."yes, if they are unworn and you have the receipt". So, after once worn, my grand daughters shoes started to fall apart and I decided to return one of the pairs of shoes I purchased. I showed the sales person the problem with my grand daughters shoes and gave the unused shoes back to them... "Oh...I can give you a store credit for your shoes, but we can't take the other shoes back because they've been worn". I don't want a store credit and how would we have known if her shoes were going to fall apart if she hadn't worn them? Surely, you stand behind your product? That's a big NOPE. Once they've got your money.....they're not giving it back...under any circumstance. Mind you, the prices are tempting...but the shoes are too cheap. I will never go back. read more
