I decided to walk through the store to be sure there was nothing else I couldn't live without. lol - I found a fabulous backpack/lunch bag combo in my all time favorite color (hot pink) on the clearance rack. Seeing that the clearance section was also included in their BOGO 50% deal, I grabbed some clearance socks for my daughter. What a fabulous deal! Both for under $30 - that's a deal, for sure! Again, helped by Syd who was fantastic, friendly and efficient. Thanks for a great shopping experience. I'll be back. I forgot to mention that I love how their varied sections are well marked too.

They always have the specials, Buy One Get One for 50% off. This pair of sandals has adjustable straps behind the ankle and on top of the foot and over the toe area. You only have to open the one strap over the top of the foot to put the shoe off and on. If by any chance her foot swells up more we can even add more strap by going to a shoe repair and add more to this specific sandal . All I can say is that you made my mom feel so special by helping her that day with your old fashioned shoe expertise , my words can't thank you enough . Thank you and I hope others go and check out the amazing shoes you have. You can find some incredible walking shoes. if you are going on a cruise or traveling to any Countries and doing any long hikes or walking tours check this store out . This is when I was told by a manager named Alexis, that I had worn the shoes - when I in fact had NOT worn the shoes besides trying them on in store- and he wasn't going to give me my money back. I told him that he was wrong and needed to give me my money back. He gave me my money back very reluctantly ensuring me he didn't believe me. He told me he remembered me "not buying the membership" and that he remembered the shoes being clean and unworn on Tuesday. I left the store in tears over the interaction. Later, once I had calmed down, I realized I had taken photos of the shoes in store on Tuesday prior to buying them. It came to my realization that Gary and Alexis had sold me the floor sample shoe without telling me and then proceeded to blame me for the shoes being worn. After being treated so poorly, I will never be going back to road runner.

I am a senior citizen with knee and ankle problems, so I found this store while looking for specialty fitness shoes for my treadmill. A few days ago I visited the store for the first time and was greeted by Patrick. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, patiently taking the time to address all my needs and explain things in a way that made it simple to understand. He brought me a variety of shoes and inserts to try on to make sure that I ended up with the right shoes, socks, and knee support. After over an hour of individual attention, we settled on a pair of Brooks, as the Hoka shoes no longer fit my needs. Thanks to Patrick, I have wonderful pair of shoes that solved my problems on my treadmill. I recommend anyone to work with Patrick if you are looking for a customer oriented salesman that will take the time to make sure you get the best service and shoe possible. I had a disappointing experience with Fleet Feet. Our friends, who are locals, helped us purchase a pair of shoes from this store. Unfortunately, once we tried them, we found them to be very uncomfortable due to a rigid metal structure in the back. We live about an hour and a half away, and it took us over two months before we were back in the area. When we returned to the store, we were surprised that they refused to exchange the shoes, even though they were completely unworn. This experience left us very frustrated. While I understand policies are in place, the lack of flexibility and consideration resulted in losing a customer who was actually willing to purchase another pair of running shoes. Poor customer service and rigid policies with no exceptions made this a negative experience overall. read more
