I needed a new pair of work shoes. After reading other reviews, I decided to check this store out, plus they were offering a 15% discount to DLR CM's thru the end of June. I was greeted as I entered. I was asked what I was looking for and after finding out who my employer is, was shown approved shoes that I could choose from. As I was looking at my approved choices, the friendly clerk advised me to let him know my shoe size and he would check his stock for size. I made my decision on what work shoe I wanted: the clerk brought back my requested shoe size. As I was conducting my purchase, I inquired about the discount that was being offered for DLR CM's. I was advised by the same clerk that it was "10%". I mentioned that I was under the impression based on a discount publication from my employer that the discount being offered was "15%". The clerk did not apologize or make any statement why he was only giving me a 10% discount but he did make the discount correction. The other clerk that was standing at the counter indicated to me that the discount may extend, depending on how many employees respond to this offer. I would definitely go back to this store or their some of their other store locations like at Ontario Mills and the Outlets @ Orange. I truly hope that they will continue to offer their 15% discount to DLR CM's. read more

Terrible online service. I bought a pair of shoes. Tried them on they were too tight. Walked around my paved driveway for less than 10 min to see if they would loosen up. I was looking everywhere for these particular shoes and did not want to return them. When I returned them they said they cannot refund because they were inspected and considered worn. Been there 4 year ago, then, great service, found shoes, and for my size that's saying something, but forgot the address, so didn't return until today. Today found shoeteria again on yelp. I go in with my girl Penni. She needs 8.5, and I need 13.5, or more likely 14, but I need extra wide. After looking around, there are not many shoes . nothing for Penni because they don't have anything women in trainer shoes, and nothing in 14. I went last night, store had called me that my order had come in, there was a guy in his early 20s "helping" me. He harassed me about who called me because he didn't think they came in. He asked me for receipt which I gave him, gave it back to me and then asked for receipt again. He checked the back, came back with shoes, then said "Bye, that's it" but in a very dismissive tone like he wanted me to leave. I wasn't done shopping. I've been going to shoeteria for about 4 years now. I like to buy my shoes from here because they always have really good deals especially around when school is going to start. They have a sale rack where sometimes you can find some really nice shoes but your really have to look. The workers that's they have are very polite and help to their best advantage. You can return and exchange shoes as long as they aren't on the sale rack. I would really recommend going to shoeteria for shoeteria. read more
