The service is horrible ! Two men just standing and not actively helping. When helping you, they have no energy or customer service etiquette. The selection for women's is low and the sizes they carry are mostly 10 from what I saw. The value is the same as red wing with less selection. read more

Today I came with my husband to get his new work boots, and we were helped by Andrew and a young lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. Both had wonderful attitudes and did a great job showing us different options. However, the manager, Gracy, had a terrible attitude she was unwelcoming and stuck-up very unprofessional. I came here for some new work boots. Andrew the salesperson helped me choose the best boots for me. He is very knowledgeable and professional he made this an easy process. There was a big problem this lady name Gracy had a bad attitude like she didn't want to be there that made my great experience not so great.
