I've been a regular here for a while, and they always have new stock coming in. The vibe is awesome and it's the only store where I can get sneakers that aren't massively mainstream. Today I came with my husband to get his new work boots, and we were helped by Andrew and a young lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. Both had wonderful attitudes and did a great job showing us different options. However, the manager, Gracy, had a terrible attitude she was unwelcoming and stuck-up very unprofessional. I have no idea how she became a manager with that demeanor. Other than that, we had a great shopping experience thanks to the helpful staff and Andrew's professionalism. read more

I came here for some new work boots. Andrew the salesperson helped me choose the best boots for me. He is very knowledgeable and professional he made this an easy process. There was a big problem this lady name Gracy had a bad attitude like she didn't want to be there that made my great experience not so great. If you work at Disneyland, construction, mechanic, utility worker then your shoes can be found here where they offer the standard names (Doc martens, Timberland, Caterpillar) to some brands that I didn't know even made work shoes (Puma). I also found a lot of random casual shoes that were on deep discounts that I'd rock just for casual wear (New Balance, TOMS, T.U.K, Birkenstock). Took my son to buy shoes for work and the young ladies working were not very welcoming. We had to look for help when he wanted to try on a different shoe size, when I asked one of the young ladies if he could try both shoes on together, the one young lady said under her breath "I guess, but we are only allow to try on one shoe at a time." Super good company with awesome prices. They came to my work with a truck for everyone to pick shoes. Great selection for steel toed shoes! One person got cowboy boots, a couple got Reebok's tennis shoes, I got Timberlands and so on. I guess my point is that no matter the style you want, they have them. Recently my girl needed new work shoes. Her workplace suggested Shoeteria and it was a fine choice. The staff is patient and are available for any questions. We tried multiple models, but some were not available in her size. Everything turned out grand because we found the perfect work shoe for her. I needed a new pair of work shoes. After reading other reviews, I decided to check this store out, plus they were offering a 15% discount to DLR CM's thru the end of June. I was greeted as I entered. I was asked what I was looking for and after finding out who my employer is, was shown approved shoes that I could choose from. As I was looking at my approved choices, the friendly clerk advised me to let him know my shoe size and he would check his stock for size. I made my decision on what work shoe I wanted: the clerk brought back my requested shoe size. As I was conducting my purchase, I inquired about the discount that was being offered for DLR CM's. I was advised by the same clerk that it was "10%". I mentioned that I was under the impression based on a discount publication from my employer that the discount being offered was "15%". The clerk did not apologize or make any statement why he was only giving me a 10% discount but he did make the discount correction. The other clerk that was standing at the counter indicated to me that the discount may extend, depending on how many employees respond to this offer. I would definitely go back to this store or their some of their other store locations like at Ontario Mills and the Outlets @ Orange. I truly hope that they will continue to offer their 15% discount to DLR CM's. read more
