I'm a regular there, so I've interacted with most of everyone at that location. I'd like to give a big thank you to Matthew and Jayden. Natalie as well. If customer service and product knowledge had a degree, they would all be metaphysical doctors in that realm. I've been to other locations that give united colors of Benetton energy, and thats cool and all, but generally when I come to 5.11 I'm on a mission for a particular item or nothing in particular at all.
