Requested HECO to come out and discovered the 100 amp breaker melted the plastic behind it and basically fell apart. Requested an electrician on Memorial Day and Johny responded very quickly and came out right away. Obviously checked the reviews prior to requesting him. Anyways, by just providing him a picture he could tell just the breaker needed replacing instead of the whole panel, which would've costed thousands. Johny is super knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up checking all my breakers and if there were any overload. Basically made sure everything is safe and up to par. Organizing a time for him to come check out my unit for an in-person quote was easy. He was patient in answering all my questions and I trusted his judgment in decisions regarding aesthetics or what made most sense. After the initial visit, Josh promptly sent the quote which was very detailed. I had a question on editing something we had previously discussed, and he had no problem accommodating with a new quote to reflect the change. Shortly after approving the quote we scheduled dates for him and his other guy (Jesse?) to come and get the job done. Overall I'm super happy with the new fans and extra outlet. Because we have concrete ceilings, wire moulding was inevitable. Nevertheless, Josh made the visible track as minimal as possible and we're really pleased with how it turned out. I also appreciated how they vacuumed, wiped down surfaces, and even disposed of all the fan boxes for me after the job was done. Quality of work sucks ass. Hired to fix the electrical connection from HECO to my house. Charged…read more$1000, didn't properly seal the conduit pass through in my roof so now have to replace 1/4 of my roof because of water damage causing wood rot. Tried calling x5 about the seal, but he wouldn't answer, return my call, or respond to texts. And found out from a better electrician that he was supposed to change the main breaker when he changed the HECO connection so now have to repair the roof, install a NEW connection to HECO line, AND install a new main breaker.
