The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well. On these trucks, you really have to know what you're doing, right front tire has to be removed to properly access the fender-well opening and extract the oil filter. They handled the entire diesel oil change perfectly. Not a single drop of oil was left on my vehicle, and they also completed the safety checks, including my brakes and other important service items. I take all my vehicles here for automotive repair and maintenance. They are much more than just an oil change shop. They gave me a quote for a set of new tires and estimate of a wait time of 1 1/2 hours, which seemed pretty standard given the work needed and the number of cars they were servicing. I chose to hang out in the lobby, which was stocked with coffee, a popcorn machine, and a water dispenser. There were plenty of chairs and tables, and a TV for entertainment. The space was clean overall, though it was a bit too warm inside and I had to deal with a persistent fly and mosquito buzzing around my ear, which got pretty annoying. I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes because they had my phone number wrong, but I don't fault them for that. The service was average, nothing exceptional, it got the job done. Everything felt straightforward and I appreciated that. I'm happy with my new tires and how smooth the ride feels now. Would do business here again.

The guys in the shop…read moreare doing a great job getting cars in and out quickly, staying organized, and keeping the place clean. Their customer service and work ethic really stand out. That said, the owner needs to take better care of these employees. On days when it hits 108°+, only having fans in the shop is brutal. These workers should have swamp coolers or be allowed to use personal portable AC units to stay safe and comfortable. I also noticed employees having to eat in their cars or stand because there's no break room for lunches or breaks. For how hard these guys work, that absolutely needs to change. Great team -- they just deserve better working conditions. This is coming from someone who runs a service shop/center.
