Adults parking cars shouldn't be this hard.. the game field is the only thing that gets this any stars 5 star field -1 star management.. When they fix parking and add more then 2 handicap spots for a field that holds 20 plus games a day. The exercise areas are amazing and the indoor walking trail is really amazing in the winter if you want to stretch out and stay dry, we use it all year because my husband is blind and it's the safest place for him to walk. That said, they just hired new cleaners who are doing a great job. Lots of the staff has left, but the new ladies at the front desk are great. I think their awesome classes are keeping this place afloat. Susan teaches Silver Sneakers and is awesome. Randy has been a personal trainer there as long as I can remember and my husband says he's great. I know they just got a huge loan last year and closed some facilities, so let's put some of that money into our gym!

If I continue to get stopped at the front desk for my fake bill automatically generated from blocking them from charging my credit card account, I will file a complaint at the Federal level. This helps with future claims, research by class-action lawyers and fines against 24 Hour. It does not help me get my refund owed. In the meantime, I continue to recommend not using their Personal Training service until they can stop scamming their clients.

The indoor court itself is spacious and well-maintained, with many courts available. This allows players to team up at the right level and enjoy playing tennis. What I absolutely loved about this place are the coaches. They are truly amazing! The coaches are very passionate about tennis and dedicated to providing the best lessons to their students. During the 2-hour lesson I signed up for, they did their utmost to deliver high-quality instruction. They genuinely wanted us to fall in love with tennis and immerse ourselves in the game. Although it is a bit far from where I live, I will definitely visit this place again for lessons and to play tennis. I strongly recommend it to anyone who likes to play tennis or wants to take lessons. I'm confident that you won't find a better place than this.

On entry, everything was clean and beautiful. The Black Card lounge is awesome, and the way they have everything set up feels unique compared to other locations I have visited. The treadmills and running equipment all look brand new, modern, and high end. They even have equipment and recovery machines I have never seen before, including this cryo chair that honestly looks futuristic and cool as hell. The whole gym has a modern feel to it. Everything is neat, organized, and easy to navigate. The bathrooms were spotless, which says a lot about how well this place is maintained. I am already a Planet Fitness member, and one of the things I love most is being able to go to locations all over, but this Vancouver location really pops compared to others I have been to. If you are in Vancouver or around Orchards, definitely come check this place out. It is modern, clean, well designed, and easily one of the nicest Planet Fitness locations I have visited.

They have everything a fitness enthusiast could possibly ask for: (2) beautiful, clean (saltwater) pools, spa, steam, sauna. I'm a lap swimmer, so I really appreciate these. Upstairs is a great weight and cardio area with ALL the bells and whistles, plus a great indoor walking track for the winter months. I'm not a tennis or pickleball player, but they have quite a few courts, both indoor and outdoor. They have quite a large staff, and in my experience they're all consistently professional and courteous and provide excellent service. They even have a bar with food on the premises which is normally open during late afternoon / early evening. They used to have a "junior center" here, prior to the pandemic, but unfortunately it has not re-opened since then. This lack of service and amenities for kids is my only complaint. Quite a few of the reviews here mention the fact that the building is "old and outdated". Yes, the building is older, but considering the HUGE scope and incredible variety of amenities, I can easily overlook that minor issue. In general, the staff do an excellent job of maintaining the building and equipment. One more thing, their dues are VERY reasonable, especially if you're just using their athletic / fitness facilities (as opposed to golf and tennis). Their pricing structure charges different amounts depending on whether you're a golf, tennis, or athletic member.

In my opinion, their loss. This club is not only the best bang for your buck in Clark County with all the ammenities it offers but management and whole staff (incl Jody) do a great job. Everyone is nice and helpful. Someone mentioned VTC for tennis, I am still a member there and like the classes and pros a lot, but it's next to impossible to get a court. And while the annual dues my be low, it's very expensive overall. CGM has several days of free play for men and women, they provide balls for our tennis matches and Carlos & Emory are just the best. I love the fact that it is private and they limit the membership so we can all use the facility for tennis, pickleball, gym, pools, saunas, classes, etc., when we want.

They also allow group leaders to treat paying members in a rude faction sort of like they are entitled. Also, when you point out on the phone that they mishandled the scheduling error, and you make the comment so much for equity and inclusion they hang up on you. Isn't that just how it is when you point out the inequity, they shut you down. So much for fairness and justice for the individual.
