My order took forever to process and then get "shipped" but Claudia was able to look into it and help me out.

My mom went out and about shopping today, and now I give her my cell phone so that she can review this place. Mom: I passed by the store and asked one of the ladies who was working there if they were moving, as it looked like they were packing up. She said look us up on instagram. The thing is I don't do social media (because I work a lot). So when my husband and I walked passed the this location again, it was open, then i asked again if it was open (for me to come in & shop). Two ladies said yes. Then i decided to ask the light haired lady if they were moving to a new location (as I was curious because i wanted to continue shopping at their store in the future). However, when I asked her, she rudely replied "we already told you," as if asking again was a crime. I was taken back, but didn't react to her rude demeanor because she looked young & inexperienced (& she looked like my daughter's age, but at least my daughter has manners). Therefore I told her that the reason I was asking was because I don't do social media & I wanted to know so that I could go shopping at their place in the future. But then she said that they were closing and that they were still looking for a new location. Well, I can see why they are closing. The customer service is very bad. As we were walking out, my hisband and I said "bye" & "thank you." But nothing. I can see why they're closing and why they have nowhere else to place their store as well as I can see why they are going out of business. They did this to themselves. Karma's a b....... read more

I can tell why they are closing. They are rude and "stand offish" with condescending and lousy customer service. They cannot be bothered with answering questions. They act as if customers are a nuissance. They are annoyed when customers walk in and become hostile and imoatient if asked anything by customers. I am glad you are leaving Greenleaf and Uptown Whittier. read more

Never leave reviews but you guys haven't sent my package from December 11. Someone went to your store today claiming my order for me and you guys tell her I was supposed to pick up at the store? When I was charged a shipping fee of $7 the day I purchased my dress. My money was taken out of my card December 11 and you barely today February 5 , 2 months later made a shipping label for my order AFTER we complain in store?? Why lie about me having to go and pick up? I've sent 2 emails and a DM and called your store and no one answers. If you see that you have an order that's been sitting for 2 months and if you say it was supposed to be picked up wouldn't you give a courtesy call? Or an email? I've seen it's not the first time you guys do this either. Be careful buying online. read more

Stopped by here while walking around Uptown Whittier with my father-in-law and fiancé and wasn't impressed. The clothes are well-made, but overpriced. $45 for a China-made romper I can get on Amazon for $20? No thanks. Also, when I walked in, I was the only girl in the store and the store associate barely looked up at me. Instead she continued her cellphone conversation with her friend, talking about the guy she was sleeping wish. Very unprofessional. Made me uncomfortable so I walked out without looking much. Just ordered 2 mask they look so cute with designs and looked pretty snugged for 12 each not worth it. It took 7 days to pick up as Stated but the ear ties were loose I even made a knot It look awkward the insert was cut with scissors luckily I ordered 2 I was about to order 6.here is a visual but I see she upgraded her inserts on her Story since they look sloppy previous batch.I see she has faster shipping Wow A Review can make a difference Great ! read more

Twice I've driven out an hour to the shop and twice it's closed. They post operating business hours on the door and yelp, but the store is always closed. I have even asked on IG but never got an answer from the shop owner. However, I see replies on other comments below mine. Last week I was ready to go on a shopping spree , drove an hour and come to find out it's closed. I called the number posted on the door and yelp , it's an invalid number. So I drove down Greenleaf street and came across another little boutique , across starbucks and they were open and friendly . They had really cute clothes and reasonably priced. I like this boutique, it has really hot going out dresses. They are great quality but pricier. So if it's hard to shell out $60-70 for a dress...you might not want to come here. My sister is actually also in the industry so I know how much these dresses COST. So I understand the prices. But I believe I've seen them bring in some cheaper dresses as well. I love a lot of the styles they have. They have some awesome pieces you won't find anywhere else (believe me I've tried to find them) I passed by one day because they had a $10 rack outside. This man was very nice and encouraged us to try on what we liked. We did and then he left but there were two employees in the store (girl/guy) that were ok. Not super attentive. I tried having a conversation with them and I thought it was so funny how the female employee said the clothes in the store are not really her style. Way to go in supporting the store! Lol read more

Have been following this store on IG for the longest time! Love there clothes! I finally was able to stop by and walk in the store to pick up my online order. I ordered a rose gold track suit and swim suit but was only able to pickup the track suit which was ok. and was able to personally meet the owner. She's super nice greeted me when I walked in, her store is so cute and organized ! Loved it! You guys have to check this store out and her online! I placed three orders with them and the first order wasn't right and I went ahead and place two more orders. I ordered two Patriots sweaters that were $91.51 and it took me sending several emails to get the two sweaters. On February 14 I ordered a Querida sweater that was $49.70 that I never received and have sent several emails and still haven't received the sweater. Walked into this store with my bestie to find a potential birthday dress. First time I came alone to see a dress I saw online. Saw the dress in the window and asked to try it on. The lady behind the counter says, "Do you need a large? Because this dress doesn't stretch it's true to size" I'm thinking ok don't trip Stephanie. She gets the dress for me and says, "This dress is very delicate so don't try to force it because it's $300 and if you damage it, it's yours". I really felt like I was having a Mean girls/Pretty woman moment here. Next time around my friend got the same backlash. It's hard finding a cute dress while 7 1/2 months pregnant and Claudia helped me get the right size which fit perfect and the dress is great material at an awesome price. Ive gotten a dress here a few years ago and it's one of my favorites in my wardrobe, the guy who helped me also helped me accessorize and pair some shoes so i always thought well of this place. In love with this shop!! They have the cutest clothes! I'm a size 12- definitely bigger than most of the stuff they carry here but they do have a lot in larger sizes:) Juana the girl that was helping me out was very helpful! Shop the runway is a great place to shop in uptown whittier. I am giving credit where credit is due today because I have purchased many items both in store and online and always love my purchases. Great quality and great customer service, I love the hand written thank you notes with the online purchases. When I enter the shop, the girl working there is always so easy to talk to and gives her honest opinions about your purchase. I found this place on IG. I was looking for a boutique that had nice sexy dresses for a wedding. It was a little drive from my house but it was worth every mile. Love the area! Of course uptown Whittier who doesn't. The store was nice, clean, elegant, and very appealing. But best of all, the customer service was excellent. The man that was there, of which I latter on found out he is the owners dad, he was very helpful and patient with me. He gave me some ideas of what shoes or accessories to wear.
