The store is not well kept and dirty which explains why many clothes items have stains on them. They offer a discount when you follow them on social media, I did and was told I'd get the discount, they didn't apply the discount and wouldn't refund my card. This wasn't a small discount at 10% of my order that was nearly $20. They only take store credit for returns. After years of loyalty, this will be my final stop. With how quick online shopping is, there's no reason to have to go through the headache of shopping here.

I had the best experience at Shop The Runway last night. This boutique is just what uptown whittier needed. There are a few other boutiques on Greenleaf but they are all very similar, cheap and some of them carry identical pieces. Shop The Runway is more upscale, but the pricing is still reasonable and affordable. Another thing that sets this boutique apart is that you will definitely not find the clothing it has in any other stores in the area. The garments are very well made and the trends are on point. I came in for an outfit for my 21st birthday. Claudia made me feel right at home. She is one of most personable boutique owners that I have ever met. She is very friendly and what I also loved about her is that she is genuine. She will give her honest opinion if you ask her for it and I love that she isn't pushy. I tried on a pair of heels that were love at first sight for me but they were a little too high for me. Instead of trying to convince me to buy them, instead she said I probably shouldn't purchase them because if they're not comfy when I'm trying them on in the store, then they definitely will kill my feet when I'm walking around in them for an extended period of time. The customer service was great- she will gladly bring any sizes you need to the dressing room. She accommodated me very well and I had a great time shopping in her store. I absolutely love my white two piece dress and beautiful new pair of heels (they look just like Valentinos, but were MUCH more affordable). I am so happy with my purchase.
