When I complained about it, I was told "Our parts are not new but harvested / used from various machines in different conditions". Let say that in the past I had no issue with this company. I ordered a tcl board and had the right model checked and the sent me the wrong board. I sent it back thinking it happens sometimes. I worked in retail over 25 years I know things happen. So I received the next one and it was the same thing. I sent pics showing what I had versus what they kept sending. The picture on the site shows my exact same board. They didn't care, and after waiting almost 3 days for a response they send me a return label and said they don't carry that item. I wish I could give them negative stars. Please DO NOT buy from them! Terrible representatives, absolutely rude and terrible customer service. They did not apologize once when I contacted them regarding returns and confusion for my order. They will scam you when you return, and take your money for shipping and handling so you pay way more. In your return email, you won't be notified how much you're ACTUALLY paying (where as if you order frequently from online stores and make returns you will see detailed outlines of how much you are getting back). They will deduct after and let you know after. Then they will blame it on you for not paying attention. Utterly disgusting and rude attitude from Justin, who claimed to be the manager. I purchased a control panel for my refrigerator and the first one they sent came with big gouges, scratches and a crack on the screen. when I requested a replacement, they were quick to send me a different one one and I sent back the first one they had sent. The replacement was also gouged and scratched, but not quite as badly as the first one. At this point, I was frustrated and installed it anyway because I needed my refrigerator fixed and found that all the contents of my freezer thawed out and my refrigerator got warm despite the temperature settings being set at the lowest temperature, because the temperature controls didn't work on the replacement. At this point, I requested my money back and they refunded my money. These parts were aesthetically and functionally unacceptable and they shouldn't have sent them out in the first place, but they were quick to respond to my concerns so they get at least a little credit for that. read more

They have a 30 day return policy on a product that takes over 2 weeks to get to you. Look bottom line, they are trying to run away with your money. they dont care about your problems. Shop Jimmy order number 50701166 for 1 - Bn44-00807A power supply board. Received and installed board. The TV did not light up. I returned my PS board to the set, it did light up. I had a BN94-12036R from previous trouble shooting the sets audio problem. I installed this board and the set is now working. They sent me a defective power supply board that destroyed the main board in my set. They did provide a refund for the defective board, but said they were not responsible for the destroyed board. huh? The defective board they had sent was definitely a used product. That would be ok if it was a working board. I would be uncomfortable ordering from ShopJimmy after this bad experience. I did order a replacement power supply board from a Ebay vendor. Ordered a part online for a relative's TV. First order was rejected due to their accounting dept. flagging as fraudulent, I paid from my business card but had it shipped to my parents' home. Wasn't until I sent email inquiring about status that I found it was flagged fraudulent. Reordered, got part, turned out to be the wrong one (my mistake). Re-ordered new part, THAT order got flagged as fraudulent because I used my mothers' credit card (same billing and ship to address) and did not get notified until I asked - no email, call, anything. Fourth reorder (since two were cancelled with no notice) the part came, got installed, all is good. Customer service was helpful in narrowing down the correct part number as the initial order was incorrect. However, their communication with customers regarding fraudulent/cancelled orders and their "accounting departments" policy against fraud is ridiculous. It was not their card processor but apparently an in-house policy that will not allow an order if something seems off, but I wanted the part to go to my parents' house, not my business. Would recommend them for parts and some aspects of customer service in terms of knowledge, but their communication in all areas is severely lacking. Disappointing to say the least. read more

Beware of using the company if you are outside of the US. They will use Fedex for shipment which will charge 30$ just in customs fees alone in addition to any tax and shipping fees you pay at checkout. Had to order a powerboard for my Vizio. I was went one that was defective from the go, that sucks, but when i put my original board on the tv worked magically again. Customer service handled my return swiftly and sent me another board that i didn't need anymore, but i kept it for a backup since it's common with my model. Sure enough, two months later my old board failed again and i replaced with the one i was holding onto and i have tv again. They don't have the right stuff boards for electronics etc. and sell you something they know won't work otherwise why list it? I ordered from their website some lens strips for my tv. Part number was correct, picture identifying part was not what came in the box and the lenses didn't work right. Items were returned but only a partial refund was issued - I complained and a cs person initially told me I'd get a full refund - later they changed their minds trying to argue it was my fault that they had the wrong picture showing square lenses when the part sent had circle lenses. My friend ordered a part as a Christmas gift for me through this company. She ordered it 1 1/2 months before Christmas to make sure that she received it in time. The company has a 30 return policy with no leeway for gift that are given. I chatted with Austin and he was kind, but I feel that the return policy doesn't make sense if people are gifting a product from this them. I'm not going to give them a rating because I feel they don't deserve one. If a product that you order doesn't fit the appliance that you order it for and you don't have the part to replace it, you should be able to refund the purchaser for a product that will not be used.
