Customer Service dept ... will make you wait... they are too busy scanning and doing online orders.. They pointed me in the right direction and one person, even walked me over to the aisle I was looking for. Unfortunately, this store was out of both items I was shopping for. I did find a few things I needed. But, as I came up to the counter, I saw the cherry tomatoes that I picked up, were rotting at the bottom. So, I gave them back to the person working there. I hate to compare, but I really don't think this store is as clean as the one I usually shop at. So, given that they were out of stock for the items I usually buy and the item I picked up was spoiled. I probably won't be coming back to this Harris Teeter. I also picked up a bottle of dessert wine and Children #1 and #2 picked out some candies that caught their eye. The inside is clean and somewhat small but easy to navigate. It was a decent size portion with lots of roast pork, bok choy and thin egg noodles in what tasted like chicken broth. The dining area is communal tables where you share space with other diners like many Asian restaurants. It is a space for a good, cheap, quick meal not a place where you would linger. They are priced so reasonably. I love their snack section and I load up on nuts, dried fruits, chips, pretzels and cookies. You can't go wrong with Trader Joe's snacks.
