Of course, TJ is always so much fun. I love browsing all the aisles. Currently while I am writing this review we are in the middle of bird flu so they are limiting one dozen of eggs per person. Aim to get here before 11am to get eggs. Otherwise no eggs for you. This parking lot is tight. So brace yourself for some speedy drivers that do not know how to park between the white lines and think we are in a grand theft auto.

Currently one of my favorite stores. Just wish they were closer to my house. It's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and each week you might find something new. They also have some of the best snacks! Quality products at good prices.

Lots if fresh produce and other tasty food stuffs. I also picked up an interesting, low sugar chocolate covered cocoa bean. I was able to grab ingredients to make pizza too. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you need anything, they typically take you to it. One of them told me a story about a customer who wanted to know how much sodium was in a carrot. The staff person was kind enough to google it for the customer. The customer complained that the package only included carrot as an ingredient. Well guess what, that's a good thing and is what's required. They have a good amount of checkers, so no line on the way out.

As a brand, I like this place. It has a good selection of organic and non processed foods. They may be on the more expensive side, but if you are aiming for a specific type of diet, you will likely find amenable food items here that would help with it. They have the unique selections of goods that you just don't really find anywhere else so coming here may be necessary - even for a short run. The part I really do not enjoy when I come here is the parking. It is inside a rather older and smaller shopping center that has been here for decades. They are trying to redo and uplift the place, but the parking lot just does not keep up. The lanes are smaller than usual and there is just so many people at any given time of the day. It makes coming here a bit stressful even more so than Costco. I have almost gotten hit several times and people squeezing through cars with their bags or carts put a scratch on my car. Now, if I ever have to come here, I just park far or in the back. The traffic light closest to this place is a bit long and it takes some time. However, the inside it rather nice. It is well lit. It seems big, but when compared to their other locations, it is actually smaller. I only come here when it is absolutely necessary.

I love that they put a Trader Joe's in the area! Before, I would have to drive to Rockville pike if I wanted to go to Trader Joe's. It's a small grocery store, but don't let the size fool you. They have great snacks and their prices are really cheap because it's mostly Trader Joe's brand foods that they sell there. The produce is fresh, and they have seasonal flowers at a great price. I personally love their cookie butter-it's made out of speculoos cookies and it's AMAZING. Their vanilla and chocolate macarons taste like they came from a local bakery. I also love their frozen aisle section has a variety of vegan/vegetarian options to choose from, and is even paleo friendly. I saw that they have frozen cauliflower crust to make pizzas from. This will definitely be my go-to neighborhood grocery store from now on!

A new Trader Joe's right by my neighborhood. I would give this 5 stars, but man what are they going to do about parking in that small shopping plaza? You have to come here when it first opens, before all of the other places in the shopping center opens. The place inside is nice with wide aisles and friendly staff, as the other reviews had mentioned. But man, I don't know why on earth they picked this location with such limited parking!

This mac n cheese is everything! Please keep them all year around!

They sadly closed the Gaithersburg location which is near my home but it's conveniently close to my office which is a huge plus for any last minute lunch ideas! I was lucky enough to find parking in front of the store (warning: the parking is hideous in this shopping center). Spacious and organized, it reminds me of the TJ in D.C. I've never had issues with their customer service before until yesterday. I came up to a young girl and asked if they had more of the corn and quinoa salad in the back since there was only one left on the shelves. She didn't bother to check and told me they ran out and it'll be fully stocked in the morning. I'm always about getting a second opinion and asked another employee. He was nice enough to check the stock in the back. He came out with five salads and I explained what just happened and that it was unacceptable. This location has only been opened for a few days and I didn't expect the lack of customer service on her part. I'm a loyal customer at Trader Joe's and I was a bit disappointed with this experience. I just hope this doesn't happen again!

I had hoped there would have been underground parking as there are several other busy businesses in this shopping center. Parking can be tough. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean store. Has everything I didn't know I needed! Will be back again soon.

Because of Covid19, we've been eating a lot of canned, dried, and frozen foods and I was really craving some fresh vegetables and fruit. So that's what I did. I went in and I went ham in the produce section. I literally grabbed veg after veg after veg until I zoomed down the back side of the store, picked up some ground me and zoomed to the front. Good thing I accidentally went down the ice cream aisle. I swear it wasn't on purpose! Ended up with some burbon truffle ice cream and some whiskey chocolate ice cream too from Haggan Daaz. The store seemed very clean, the store wasn't crowded ( for some reason this store never is), and the plexi glass in between you and cashier was a nice little added layer of security. The produce I ended up getting was really great actually. The broccoli is great quality, I got collard greens ( the bunches were huge), and I also got some clementines and grapefruit which were both sweet and tart. Solid quality on the veg. Definitely might quarantine shop here again. Solid choice.

Any Marylander of the Boomer and GenX generation knows about O'Donnell's RUM BUNS. I used to come here with family back in its heyday and these were served table side before our meal. How crazy is that, a nice lil somewhat sinful dessert BEFORE some MD crab?! Those were the days! The rum buns are more nostalgia more than anything, I wouldn't say they'll blow your socks off, but hey, nostalgia is nostalgia. Well, I'll need to dine in here for a full and complete verdict, but my quick grab and go visit was a tad chaotic. Service for taking orders could improve - you walk in, there's a seafood counter to your left, bakery counter to your right (both were unmanned when I walked in) and in the middle is a deli section with the cash register where I assume they take orders. We stood there for a few good minutes before getting anyone's attention despite the fact a manager asking staff (not customers) if everyone was being helped. Clearly staff did not know who was waiting to check out, take orders or just waiting for their orders to arrive. So it was just weird. No one greeting you as you walk in either, it just also weird because there's no clear line anywhere you stand. Otherwise, rum buns were as I remembered them. Also picked up crab dip and chicken salad from the grab and go section from the back and they were just ok, not bad, not great. So will come again for a future visit hoping to have a much better meal and experience!

While some items, especially the ready-to-cook meals, are on the pricier side, you can still find great deals with their private-label products. I really enjoyed the alcohol selection. They carry everything from casual everyday wines to reasonably priced bottles that are actually quite good. The section is well organized, which makes it easy to browse. They also have hard liquor and beer, so most people will be able to find what they are looking for. Another big plus is the number of self-checkout stations, so I did not have to wait in line. The parking lot can be a bit confusing and chaotic depending on the time of day, so keep that in mind. Do not forget to get your parking validated before leaving the store.

I am part Russian and occasionally crave pierogi (vareniki); Wegmans is one of very few stores that sell fresh refrigerated pierogi (these are much better than the frozen ones). The last few times I instacarted these, I put them in my fridge and a few days later, after opening, I noticed they were moldy. One time I even put them directly in the freezer, and when I opened them they were moldy. I kind of gaslit myself and figured it was my fault for waiting too long to cook them. Well, yesterday I went to Wegmans in person and saw stocked moldy pierogis!! I mean several of the packages had visible mold. I cannot believe Wegmans is selling these, and clearly this is an ongoing issue for months. This really makes me question buying fresh food from Wegmans, given this wasn't a one off. Hopefully this is just limited to the pierogis, which is a specialty product that I assume doesn't have high turnover. Nonetheless buyer beware!! Wegmans, please fix!
