I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for the following Tuesday. The technician, Trevor Vest showed up on time and once I explained the problems I was having with the range he got right to work. He tested all the burners then made the necessary adjustments to get the burners working properly. The whole experience from making the appointment to interacting with Trevor as he made the fixes was enjoyable. He even gave me advice about using our front-loading washing machine. Being an out-of-towner property owner in Rehoboth Beach, I got the dreaded call from a renter that the dishwasher was malfunctioning, and that specifically the heating element at the bottom of the unit was severed, causing there to be black mold on the inside of the dishwasher. I contacted multiple companies, all of which were very unhelpful, with one of them actually telling me to order my own part before they would even come out to bother to look at the unit. When I reached out to Tony at Premier appliance repair, he proactively researched the part, offered the earliest date and time of arrival, and gave a quote for the visit and the service. Consumer Reports criticizes many brands for overly complicated features that shorten product life, are dependent on components made in China, and have known design issues. So, we went with Bosch and chose models without the high failure prone features. We know (based on previous experience) there's a wait for one of the products, and that's fine. Shore does their own servicing so we're not concerned we're on our own or getting referrals from a 3rd party warranty company that may send unqualified technicians. Highly recommended and very much appreciate the military discount and no upcharge for credit card!

It needs help. I initially had Sears come over to resolve an issue and it turned out really confused. He ordered the part and charged me $200+ dollars for the part plus $100 for coming over. Then I find out almost $700 to install a washer gasket. Seemed a bit expensive for being a member client in your Sears service. Once the part came to my home the system kept rescheduling appointments (4 times) until I had to almost cancel the service to get someone to answer the phone. I was on the phone at least 4 times with AI and finally a real person. Once I got a REAL person in the chat was I able to resolve the problem. The AI chat couldn't comprehend a different issue outside a typical scheduling and part ordering task. This online system needs attention. Drew and your LIVE online help is the only thing that kept me a continuing customer. It definitely wasn't the AI scheduling system. I understand that is where things are going but you have to have a "get out of jail free card" on the website to resolve real more complicated issues.
