I emailed and Hector replied that it was because all of the rain...then it was the heat. In reality, I was too small time for them to show up. It's now been 3 and 1/2 and no one has come out. My last email inquiring whether they are intending to service my property was completely ignored. I guess I know the answer. I'd love to get the quality of service others have been raving about in these reviews, but I'm not getting any service at all. I don't know what I said or did, I paid the full invoices I received within 20 min of receiving it, even though they didn't provide weekly service promised. Am I too small of a customer? I was told they value all their customers. I want to believe that. In a 3 months and a half I received service 3 times out of out of the 14 weeks! How do I ever recommend this company to anyone? Terrible.

I was given a very reasonable quote for the tree removal and was able to schedule the work within a few weeks. Paulo's crew arrived as scheduled with up to date equipment and protective coverings for the lawn.
