My message went completely unanswered. So, I was ghosted by this company. I don't waste other people's time, and I take exception when other's waste mine. I see from reading through other reviews on here that I'm not the first and only customer to complain of this specific issue with this company. Beware! They will steal YOUR time! I believe the insurance he provided was for lawn care, and wasn't designed to cover tree removal; and when I asked about this he stopped returning my calls. In our last conversation he implied he would have the insurance confirm it was for tree removal after the weekend on the first business day, but as it turns out, now he's ghosting me. Made me waste a week thinking I found a company to do the work I required. I could have spent that time looking for a company that could do the work.
