Last January they took down a very large tree in a very visible location in our yard. They had to take down part of an adjacent hedge to access the tree, which I understand, but they did discuss it with us ahead of time. After the fact, they told us verbally that they would replace the shrub. After 9 months and many, many attempts to follow up with them, they have not replaced the shrub.

The crew today consisted of Joe, the leader, along with Abel and Willy. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, courteous, and extremely careful--especially around my septic fields, which was very important to me. I watched them from my window, and I couldn't get over how hard they worked--and yet they made it look almost effortless. They worked as a team, knew exactly what they were doing, and took great care with my property. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up beautifully. My only advice to anyone considering Witkowski & Sons is this: If you have to wait for them, they are absolutely worth the wait. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. Within six months, large sections of the sealant had come up. A year later, it's even worse. These are in low-traffic areas - no cars or bikes. And no "moss," as they ridiculously tried to tell me. They offered to do a touchup, but that would have left a different texture and color on there a year later. It is important to note that their work does not carry a warranty. I did not realize this when we hired them (my fault!). Thus, they refused to make it right and redo the driveway. Presumably, they used a cheap product. Avoid at all costs; spend your money elsewhere for a driveway that will last.
