When I picked up my truck, I noticed the invoice included a very large diagnostic fee, despite the issue already having been diagnosed beforehand. I politely asked about the charge, and the owner immediately became extremely hostile. He began yelling, cursing, and throwing things during the interaction. As a female customer, I found his behavior intimidating and completely unacceptable, especially since it occurred in front of his young child. In the last couple of months I had gotten a new battery for my car but I got in it one day last week and it wouldn't turn over. NOTHING. I suspected it may be the starter, the alternator, a blown fuse or even worse, computer or electrical issues. I was able to start it with a jump, but any time I turned it off, it would not start again without one. Mike and Steve were able to get me in pretty quickly. These guys have a lot of integrity and perform good, honest work. They discovered the only thing wrong was faulty/loose battery cables and they got the repairs done quickly.
