This is the guy. I've worked with Joseph since March of this year and had him swing by more than 5 times, helping with my car. I've had him help with a bad oil leak, and most recently, he's helping with the struts. The oil leak stopped, and he checked my car for any abnormalities with his computer system. If you're lucky to wake up at the crack of dawn, during the weekday, drop off your car, and Uber back that same morning, more power to you if you can make it back for meetings. The branded car stores are always booked up, and being out of a car, doing the back-and-forth driving, it can all be a hassle. I work from home and wanted to get my car serviced. I searched Yelp, and Joseph responded in a timely manner and offered to check my car out. I paid for a car assessment, and soon after, I purchased a new timing belt service, since the old one was cracking from a bad oil leak. After replacing the timing belt, the car ran smoothly, and I wanted to get the oil leak fixed. Joe works with companies to get the parts, and if there is a local shop that has it, he goes out that very minute and grabs the part and can get the car fixed the same day. Joseph is the go-to mechanic. He has great conversation and is extremely knowledgeable, explaining the fix and how to keep the car in top shape. He goes out of his way to help, taking the time to find the problem and offer a solution. With the oil leak, he stayed until the dark of night to find the problem and tell me the part I needed. Immediately after, I told him, let's order the part, and when he is available next, let's get that installed. Schedule a time before he starts booking up his calendar. I have spent the last two years searching for a reliable capable skilled mechanic. I have had window/door issues and axle issues with my car. After several less reputable establishments failed to permanently fix these issues and sometimes even made them worse. A lot of inferior parts and labor have unfortunately consumed my time and money during this search. Joseph replaced my axle with a quality part and scrunched his hands into a blind pocket in my door, so that my lock functioned properly. Joseph was a lifesaver. My driver side window went down and would not go back up. I worked on it for to 3-5 hours, with no success.
