I know...it's addicting....anyway we needed a break and luckily this QT was here and we were able to stop, get some car snacks such as coffee, water, cookies, chips and cashews. We also used the loo...not me but one of my associates. I will testify that the coffee bar was fully stocked, clean, and the coffee was piping hot! This one has the added convenience of a Subway and a McD right next door. The disappointment, which cost them a star? They don't care enough about customers to offer warm water in the winter. I tried all four faucets, with none offering that amenity. That's kind of low-class cost-cutting. Is it only temporary? Well if it is, they should have "loved" enough to pay a sign of apology. The store itself is somewhat small and has a somewhat dingy feel about it. They have all the standard gas station convenience store staples you'd expect to find when it comes to drinks and snacks. In addition to these items, they interestingly enough, had a hand full of slot machines against the back wall. Drink was fine, but kind of odd that the snack we got just didn't taste as fresh as we would have liked. Kind of get the impression some of the stuff may sit on the shelves for a bit before it sells. All in all it accomplished what I needed, got me a drink. Other wise no frills, gets the job done.

I called them on my exit from the hospital,,,{ 45 minutes before store closing} 10mins away from the store. the pharmacist told me to go to another store.. I was so close to the store , went on in. was treated very rudely by the pharmacist. finally decided enough is enough. kindness should be number 1 in customer service. not going back ..

Order took longer than it should have due to lack of knowledge about their equipment. Also, standards have apparently slipped at CVS as neither employee was even in a CVS shirt. He told me that they "don't carry this drug, and I don't think you're going to find it ANYWHERE else, either." Funny thing is, I walked right across the street to Walgreens, and the woman at their pharmacy filled my order to the best of her ability; she spent at least a half an hour tracking down the meds by making phone calls to other pharmacies and even printing out a map so I could pick up my prescriptions without any further hassles. (Incidentally, I never even mentioned my unsatisfactory experience at CVS to her.) Want genuine customer SERVICE? Go to WALGREENS!
