Been to a few clinics & they ok but here you can feel the love for your pets from the front desk to the staff & doctors. Dr. Singh owner/veterinarian/doctor is amazing, he's honest, straight forward & kind, you can tell he cares about your pet. Here they don't try to pressure or hustle you to do or get things, they give you a list of what you should & want to do. And if you opt out of certain things they will give you advice & ideas of what to do or get somewhere else to almost duplicate what you opted out of, why, because they care about your pet. They are also very affordable compared to most clinics & they sometimes do Free follow-ups depending the situations. I have a 13 year old Golden Retriever which has lived a great life up to 13 but notice the last few months his health has decline. But thank goodness I found this place, they are helping me with meds & great advice on how to make his life easier & comfortable as he gets older & I appreciate that so much. And I love how the staff & doctor remembers you. I convince my wife to bring her Yorkie Cookie for some issues & allergies because they fixed Gandhi's allergies. I hadn't been there in 2 months & only went 3 times they've had hundreds of dogs by then but the staff & Dr. Singh remembered me & my Gandhi tho he wasn't with me. They asked how he was & gave me more advice & Dr. gave me a supplement to help him, that blew me away & touched me so much that they remembered & cared. My wife was impressed too & now her doggie is better so she's gonna switch her 2 other dogs to go there for now on. Overall we love this place & feel safe that our dogs are in their hands. I trust them with my pets lives & health & glad we found them. And yes they can be busy at times when you call them but they are very good at answering texts & phone calls back. The doctors were patient with us and gave us the uncomfortable truths about the cost, prognosis, and how they believe our cat would respond to treatment. I don't think my cat was very comfortable and they didn't offer any palliative care and it was hard to get an appointment. We ended up letting our cat go. The staff and doctor were understanding and we received a hand signed card from the doctors and staff in the mail today. Expenses at the vet are difficult, and so is dealing with health problems of your pet. They are pretty considerate. There is a discount if you book online and fees if you cancel in a short amount of time. There's usually plenty of parking in front, the lines are not obvious, so it can be confusing. Overall, a decent experience with a veterinary office.

I don't have a problem with the vet, I have a problem with a staff member, one of the nurses who manhandled my cat so badly that she was so traumatized and pooped all over herself and her pet carrier. They never said one thing about what happened inside the office since they didn't allow me inside. But my cat was smelling so bad when they handed her back to me. I thought it was because of some nasty gloves they used on my cat. Nope, my cat was so scared that she pooped herself and they didn't even give me the decency to tell me what happened. My cat is not an aggressive cat and has never acted out before, but I understand that vet visits can be stressful. However, RIGHT after this visit, my cat also developed an infection in her ear, so I had to take her to a different vet where they told me extreme stress can cause that. I don't know what they did to my cat but I will never take my pets here ever again.

This is specific to Dr. Sinopoli and her team. God placed the right people in my path to see my Einstein through his transition. I remember the exact moment when I saw my little guy's condition change. When you are one with your fur baby, you just know. Our visits to the vet were more frequent and there were no real answers. We monitored... I was so desperate for answers I blessed by being assigned to Dr.Sinopoli. She made recommendations we put into action. Although we did our best it was evident there was a decision to be made. She provided me with options. Never once did she persuade me one way or the other. We looked into oncology/surgery and pet hospice (Lap of Love) . I did my due diligence for my Einstein. It was the hardest decision and the most heart wrenching experience to have to send my Joy, my companion, my reason, my Einstein over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Sinopoli held his paw and my hand every step of the way. Even after my Einstein crossed over , Dr. Sinopoli and her team were there. They checked in on me . What I've appreciated the most is his ability to respond to texts in minutes, come out to our animals at only a few hours' notice, and even work to make sure I understand every part of what he does for the animals themselves. He aided in saving our mini-horse's life, fixing our new pig, and giving end-of-life care to another. While he may have a sense of humor too dry for some, I've never met another vet more willing and able to help animals and provide better outcomes for their health.
