    I was contacted by this dealer after I inquired online about a Hyundai Sonata. They kept calling me about a vip promotion and getting employee pricing and higher value for a trade in. I let them know I didn't want to spend more than 25,000 on a vehicle and I didn't need to come in if they couldn't meet my price range. They continued to call me 6-7 times a day so I made an appointment. I located the car I wanted online and did the online trade in value for my current vehicle on their website before visiting. I drove an hour and fifty minutes through traffic to Canton. I get to the lot they don't have the car I requested. They have a different one but I look at it. The car isn't as specified online with dark gray seats but it has light interior. (If you see this online they are referring to the doors not the seats). I then ask what the employee pricing is and what the numbers for the car are? They proceed to provide me with a paper that says the cost of the car is now $30,000 instead of the $25,000 listed online. When the numbers break down even with my trade in, employee discount, rebates, and the dealer giving me credits I was a till going to owe $25,000. I assume they didn't want to give me the value I requested for my trade in so they called themselves increasing the cost of the car. They then told me I couldn't put more than $4000 down on the car though I wanted to pay the majority of not all of the car off. I kept asking how after all the credits and discounts and trade in value, did the car cost the amount listed online still???????????? This was an utter waste of time and very unprofessional. I wouldn't dare recommend this lot to anyone. I'd recommend you drive to another state before stopping here.

    Worst dealer fees I've ever seen. Advertise cars online for 5k less than their dealer fees. Trash

For the past week, he has been haggling back and forth with me even though I made it clear from the start that I was ready to close immediately. I presented a pre-approval so we could wrap up the deal quickly and efficiently. He declined it. Later, he lowered the price of the vehicle -- only to tell me that the price would only be honored if I financed through him. Wanting to move quickly (since I had just passed my previous car down and finally found the exact trim and color I wanted at this dealership), I reluctantly agreed. After running my credit, he then claimed there was a fraud alert and said he couldn't proceed unless I came in person. I immediately provided everything requested to verify my identity, including screenshots showing the hard inquiry on my credit report. Despite that, he continued to stall. He then tried to accuse me of not having insurance on my previous auto loan -- which makes absolutely no sense. A vehicle cannot be registered without insurance. I explained that a family member had taken over that previous loan, and therefore I no longer carried insurance on it. Instead of listening, he continued making baseless assumptions. To make matters worse, he has been avoiding my calls entirely. I've been told he "left for the day," only to call back and be told he's still there but "closing" and doesn't want to take my call. That is beyond unprofessional. It's unethical, rude, and feels like a complete attempt to waste my time and leverage my business. He ran my credit for no valid reason, refused to communicate transparently, and dragged this process out unnecessarily. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Don't waste your time here. There's a reason there are other negative reviews.

I was introduced to a nice young man who asked more about my preferences. He went to get the first vehicle and I drove it. It sad not to my liking so I started asking about some of the others I'd seen online. However, none of them were available. He said the inventory online isn't always able to keep up with what's actually on the lot. So we discussed more about my preferences to determine what else they might have for me to drive. He then went off to meet with his manager and bring me back another vehicle to drive. This one was very nice and I was interested in making a deal. Unfortunately, the amount was more than double what I said I would be willing to pay for a vehicle. More than double! He and the manager went on to tell me about how much vehicles cost nowadays. I said that wasn't my concern. I've got no interest in vehicles that are more than double the price I want to pay. So they spoke for a few more minutes and mysteriously the price went down. I didn't want to go back and forth, so I just said I'd try my luck at another time. Although they were nice, it was a waste of time and they didn't take my preferences into account when showing me vehicles.

They sold…read moreme a car with huge safety issues and I confronted the manager (Sam) the next day of my purchase but he stopped responding to all my texts. I came to this location due to all the good reviews but my experience here was not all too welcoming. Sam was caring before I purchased the car but after I bought the vehicle no care or response is given. Bought the owners of the dealerships brothers car but it has many key safety hazard issues with the car. Confronted the owner of the dealership after weeks of hiatus due to health conditions and he was trying to help out with the issues. I left my car with them for two whole weeks which was plenty more time to work on the car and as I confront the owner one the day of to pick up the car he says it's not finished. I tell him I really need my car for the next working week so I really need to get the car fixed by the next day and he says that's he definitely not doing that because of a jeep festival and that I was ungrateful and he wasn't going to help me anymore. Not only am I left with a car that often times gets stuck in the parking gear due to the gear shift being jammed and the traction control not working due to the button being broken and non responsive there's also a huge worry and dangerous water leak that is dripping on the floors of the driver side (all pictures are provided in this review). In conclusion still haven't received my title/registration of the car or license plate and it's been over 1 month and two weeks now while the temporary license they gave me is expired. The owner said that has nothing to do with them and that I should call the state. Not willing to help me out with a car I bought with them for the full amount of $25000 in full payment. Choose wisely if you decide to buy from here.
