The word service ever. Salesman has been on the phone the entire time I've been standing here waiting to ask him about a vehicle.

So my husband bought a F350 duly truck and you would think they would take care of him on the scheduled maintenance days. Anyways we had to drive down to Winslow to get good service, over there we heard that Winslow already have like 10 customers from Showlow that's how bad Showlow Ford is. And becareful what extra warranty they sell you it's not Ford warranty, and that Zeirech warranty is no good. Good Luck!

The owner Guy Hatch and their Finance Mgr. Mark do not operate in good faith. I bought a bumper to…read morebumper warranty from Mark but when I had problems with the front hubs I had to pay out over $600.00 for the repair. When I contacted Mark he said that wasn't right and he would check into it. I had to call him back a week and a half later and he advised he had just talked with the warranty co. and they advised when a part goes out and causes other parts to fail only the original part is covered and there was nothing he could do. I then emailed Guy Hatch explaining that his finance Mgr. had sold me a warranty that he himself did not understand and I felt they should take care of it. Hatch never answered so I sent the same email as a second request. I did rec. and answer saying he tried to call me three times but could not get me and wanted to know what I expected him to do. In my third email I advised I had rec'd no calls or voice messages from him but what I hoped he would do is realize that I was sold a bumper to bumper warranty by Mark and that Mark had admitted he did not know the warranty worked that way. I further added that having had my own business for years and sold extended warranties I had never heard of a clause saying if one part fails and causes other parts to fail only the original part is covered. I explained to him that I felt it was in the best interest of his business to do the right thing. That was weeks ago and I have not heard back from him. I gave them 2 stars as they have some good people there but Guy and Mark aren't two of them. I won't be doing anymore business with them.

Recently hubby and I went on vacation, and on our first leg we started to have weird flashing…read morewarning messages and lights on our console and computer screen. We were a little west of Heber-Overgaard and headed toward Albuquerque for the night. We called and spoke with a service technician, and got some great triage advice about what to do next. Their advice was to bring it in and have them take a look at it. We did so, and they took a peek at it right away. The prognosis was something wrong with the fuel sensor and that it was not safe to drive at that point. They did have a comparably sized rental car available, so we were able to rent that and continue on our journey with hardly any delay whatsoever. They said they couldn't get to our car in full for about three days, which was no problem because our journey was set to take 10 days. They just asked that we bring it back before 3:15 that last day so we didn't get charged for another day's car rental. The rental car was great (as a Corolla Cross, just slightly smaller than our RAV4) and our own car was all ready to go when we arrived about an hour before the cutoff point. They didn't even charge us for fixing the fuel sensor AND a recall item that we didn't even know had come up on the RAV4s relating to front passenger airbag! Wow! Everyone was pleasant and courteous to deal with, and we would definitely use them again if we are ever in the area again and need more service or even want to buy our next Toyota (we are a two Toyota family and have had them previously off and on and been very pleased overall with the make)!

He called on one day let the phone twice and before I could get to the phone hung up. no messages were left. On my next visit he wanted me to wait two additional hours to have the parts replaced. Told him no as there was a schedule for day and he never called to inform the parts were in. R stated he called 2 or 3 times, told him this was not true as I never received a message from him and only one call, a hang up showed on my call log. I complained to his supervisor also an R name, who stated all calls were recorded, to which I replied good. Supervisor R would talk to service writer R. I will not return to. Abysmal Service Department!…read more Our story began when we decided to special order a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon edition toy for the fleet at our house. We stopped in and talked for a moment with a sales person, then met the owner in his office and special ordered it just the way we wanted it. I would give the sales process about 3.75 out of 5 stars since we had a pleasant experience but didn't feel we got much of a great price, but it was about the same as the last Jeep dealer we had already shopped at so we just gave up and bit the bullet. Much to our excitement the new Jeep arrived in only half the expected time so off I went to pick this shiny thing up. I grabbed the jeep and drove it home. I felt like it had much less power than the Jeep I test drove at the other dealer and less than my friends brand new Jeep. I realized there was oil in the air intake where the filter goes and figured this explains a lot as it is probably a bad engine with loss of compression and too much piston blow by. I read online that another person got a new engine and the problem was solved. To the dealer I went and the service dark haired skinny little guy told me there is no check engine light on so there is nothing wrong with it. He literally walked away from me and back into the building and didn't say another thing to me. if one of my employees treated a customer like that, I would fire him on the spot. I contacted Jeep since we apparently had some sort of premium Jeep Care package? They apologized and assured me we would be taken care of... After months of back and forth and nobody even getting someone to really look at it I gave up and traded it on a new Honda... I hate to say that after owning 9-10 jeeps in my lifetime I am pretty sure I would never buy another one, at least new. Out other issue, realizing it really swerved around on the road more than any Jeep I ever had before. I resolved this by replacing the terrible BFG load range C 32" factor tires with new 33" tires and wheels with a load range E rating that took 80% of the instability away and made me feel better about that... And of course it looked cooler too... All in all the Jeep looked cool, leaked oil, leaked water through the windshield frame and for a $40K vehicle was really a disappointment. The service department at Hatch doesn't care at all about customers or service.
