Brittany took the time to cuddle and cradle my dog while she realized cutting the nails was too stressful, she ground all of my dog's nails instead. My dog was much calmer with Brittany. They have grooming in the back of the store, and a self dog wash center which is pretty cool. They also offer vaccinations every Thursday, as long as you sign up in advance! Near the register, they have shelves to donate goods for animals in shelters and little bios in case you are interested in adoting them! We have been going to this Petco for over 20 years with several different dogs. The previous manager, Paige, was great, but she is out with back surgery. Plus, just try to get help finding the right dog food. I needed Pro Plan Large Breed Adult Chicken and Rice formula, but ended up having to find it myself. We like to support local business whenever we can, but not when the employees are incompetent, unfriendly, and dismissive. Chewy.com is cheaper and delivers to my door for free. KennelWood has a much more customer-friendly staff, and they will be our groomers going forward.
