Recently rented a piece of equipment from Rental Guys for a week with a friend of mine. The charge…read morefor the equipment was $949.62, we paid in full and were on our way. Well two days later, no phone call or notification the account was charged an additional $309.25. Questioning it we called and were given the run around about trailer rental and discounts. This doesn't sit well with me, after all we agreed on a price for the week and paid in full. We did not authorize the additional charge because we were unaware of it. They just decided let's make them pay a little more without even a phone call. Here we are today, we returned the equipment and were provided a receipt. There was a break down on the receipt with all the equipment rented totaling $949.62 (the agreed upon amount. Then there was a flat charge for the $309.25, yep you guessed it, no break down, nothing about trailer discounts or equipment rented, no explanation at all just a charge. With some argument they refunded part of the charge (not all) because they said the manager was out sick. Long story short, I do not recommend Rental Guys, they will just charge you more without a written break down or real explanation of why. Terrible way to do business.

She was also very professional, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. You have two outstanding employees at this location. Our refrigerator caught fire in our MB…read moreSprinter while dry camping; we think it was due to poor workmanship done on the refrigerator by another mobile RV company. We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.

They found a minor problem with an outer bearing and replaced it. They took pictures, and saved the bearing to show me the problem. Best part with this place is not just the excellent work they do but the communication too. I've heard nightmare stories from friends about other RV repair places/dealerships. Fortunately, I've only brought mine to RV Time and it's exceeded my expectations. If you live anywhere near this place, I'd highly recommend bringing your rig here. Great family owned business.

Did not realize it was a new company in the same location. I walked in and mentioned it looked…read moredifferent inside and no one said anything. I asked about renting a rug cleane the woman at the desk stated we have one. I asked what time do you close she said 5pm but you would return it tomorrow I said ok its a small rug will only take a few hours. I have been renting rug cleaners from this location for YRS so I knew I could rent by 3-4hr ect. The woman ant the desk asked for my number and she already had it in there computer. I paid for the rental and then left. I returned 2hrs later. When I returned there was a man at the desk he processed the paperwork. I asked if som of my money would be returned since it was not a full day. He stated they do not do that. I asked why not since that was something that i was always able to do prior. He stated that is something abba used to offer... at that moment I realized the company was not the same and that's why it looked different inside. I have no idea how long ago it changed but something could have been said. I believe there was enough to see I did not realize they were not abba. I spent way more then I needed to on a machine I could have rented somewhere else for a couple hours.

We reserved A wood splitter a week in advance and asked about towing at the time And only was told…read morea 2 inch ball. We bought a ball and installed it and we hired a guy to help us split wood. We get to the place to pick it up that morning and they informed us they require a Class 3 receiver hitch. Bumper hitch not allowed. Tongue weight of splitter is less than 100 pounds. Towing and rental policies were not explained in detail. Had planned on renting other equipment from them but not now. They cost us money for the ball and the hired help in which we could use neither now without a splitter.
