What are the odds? I booked right away. I later found out that she had a cancellation. When I arrived I was a little out of my head because I thought I would be later, Molly was absolutely amazing. She essentially calmed me down. Which was awesome. The wax shop is very inviting and quaint, I didn't feel like I was in chain establishment in a sense it felt like home. She was very nice. The room she does her waxing in is spacious but not intimidating. It was very clean and well organized which I loved. She explained everything that she would be doing from beginning to end our conversation was easy and helpful, she help me get through the pain .....FYI I'm a screamer lol! I ended my appt by booking another one because she was just that great. I also felt that her pricing was very reasonable. Overall this a great place to get waxed I wish I'd found it sooner and I look forward to my appt.

This last visit will be the last time that I visit this location. I have been to many EWC around the country as I used to travel for work is this is the worst... I made my appointment for this week back in March and I got a text message yesterday saying the my appointment was canceled no phone call just a text. I called them for an explanation and they said that the tech I had been seeing was no longer with the company. They were not helpful at all on the phone. So, I re-booked online with the tech that the recommended. Today I went and she did not fully wax my upper thighs and I had her do it again while I was there. I came home and there are still strips of unwaxed hair along both of my thighs. I also got a Brazilian wax and it is the worst job I have had in my 20+ years of getting waxed. Furthermore, I got an eyebrow tint which she barely left on and when I got home and looked in the mirror I still had bright white eyebrows. I called and all they said was that I could get a free touch up that is it. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused.....

I recently tried to cancel due to relocation and was told no, even though I can no longer realistically use the services. There is no clear or easy cancellation process, and you are basically stuck continuing to be charged whether you can use the service or not. It feels very misleading and honestly predatory. I've reached out multiple times and still have not been given a reasonable resolution. At this point, I feel like I'm being forced to pay for something I cannot use. If you're considering this place, I strongly suggest reading the fine print and thinking twice before committing to any membership.

I had a phone consultation before my first appointment. At my appointment, my skin was analyzed to see sun damage and inflammation. We also went through my concerns and health history. It was very thorough and Kathleen was professional and very kind throughout the whole experience. The facial itself was extremely relaxing. She does a microcurrent facial and I believe it lasted about 1.5 hours. Afterwards, my skin was calm and glowing! I was interested in cleansers and a new moisturizer, she sent me home with samples to try and I never felt pressured to purchase any products.
