When I asked if she could be a bit more gentle, she became extremely unpleasant during my service. The fact of a matter is, this lady is HEAVY HANDED, her gestures are rough and she needs to acknowledge that. To me, it seems she doesn't respect her clients or their boundaries. Her prices are also high for the service, well at least she charged me $18 for eyebrow threading anyways. I'd say take your service and money elsewhere. There are plenty of places that offer the same service that will be gentle, kind and appreciative of their clients. Absolutely ridiculous.
