I have lived in the pines all my life. And never not ever, have I been there and something doesn't work. I might be dumb for keep trying but the rofo automatic one is the way. The sprayer is either broke. No soap like at all . The brush with soap has never worked ever. Or even the automatic one just takes your money. We regularly use Shuler's automatic brushless wash building on the left to clean our large Dodge Ram pickup truck to get off all the salt & sand from driving offroad at Assateague Island's OSV beach sand driving area. Since we don't have a way to wash at our condo in OC, we're impressed overall. For a max of $12 in 2024 it's a good deal, and seems to be the only place that operating a full-time 24/7 brushless car wash that doesn't require a membership or subscription, or pay more. Even though brushed washers get cars cleaner, it scratches up your paint, and won't catch on your antenna, wipers, or any offroading equipment such as light bars, racks, and other gear. We have decided it's a better use of our time, money, and effort to pay, drive up and sit in the car to let the machine do the work and it's usually cheaper and easier than getting wet using a manual pressure washer in a stall that charges by the minute. We have only ever had one issue where one side of the undercarriage spray wasn't working, but the moving sprayers still did enough work that we didn't see any leftover sand. 9/10 would definitely recommend and will return. read more

We use Shuler's All Pro Car Wash in Ocean Pines often and are very pleased! Today while using the self-service area there was a rude customer in the next bay over and Sam handled him very nicely. Shady. I swiped my card, it charged my MasterCard account. The automatic machine was dead dead dead. There is no number posted for contact. I had to contact the credit card company to dispute. Watch it! These folks now have my credit card info. I will change my post if I am contacted by the Shuler folks. read more

There is nothing "All Pro" about this place. This is the worst car wash in the world! First off, it's ghetto and dirty. Secondly, when you put your money in the machine and you go to wash your vehicle, there is no water pressure to clean your car off with. And then when you go to do the bubble scrubber brush, barely enough comes out to get your vehicle clean. I will never return to this car wash again. Save your money go to with the Berlin or West Ocean City Car Wash. read more

Self car wash requires $2 for 4 minutes. The machine registered 8 quarters out of $5 worth of quarters. We lost about another $10 trying to make the machine work because they were all taken. The quarter machine states to call the number in front of the building if there's any issues and there was no contact number anywhere. We googled the number and it was just an answering machine to leave a voicemail. If I could rate 0 I would. read more

This was a complete "rip off." I paid $12 for the best available car wash at this location, and it was terrible. There was no soap applied at all, as far as I can tell. The "tri-color" application amounted to about a mouthful that was spit onto the floor of the car wash. Overall, the car looked no different after this "wash" than it did before. By far, this is the WORST car "wash" I have ever experienced. read more

Car wash worked fine. Problem was I chose the $10.00 dollar wash and I received a text message on my phone stating I was charged the $10.00 (as expected). I received my credit card statement and was charged $12.00. Tried calling Shuler's. No answer. Disputed charge with my credit card company. Won't be going back there anytime soon! read more

Feb 11, 2014. Paid $8.00 for automated car wash. Machinery stopped after soaping up car. Waited 10 minutes, nothing happened. Searched premises for a contact number, there was none. I was glad to get the 1 inch thick pollen off my car. I picked the non wax since I don't like it on my windshield as it seems to streak when it rains when using my wipers. This would be for most car washes out there. With the bird mess all over my car, I had to choose double rinse which is $8. After the wash, the bird mess still stuck somewhat. Anyway, when I was looking at my bank statement, I was charged the amount plus another amount $10, and then it was backed out because my bank noticed two charges by same place. Just saying, this place might be scamming you if you or your bank are not paying attention here. I would have paid $18 for a simple car wash. Thankfully my bank noticed this. Must be an error or ?
