I lost one of the bolts that holds on my ski tower. I went thru the manufacture and they couldn't help me with the parts I needed. They said they where no longer available and that I would have to get them else where from a machine shop or simply put a newer tower that was going to cost me $3,000. I actually set up a installation appointment with Skylon to replace my ski tower. I ended up canceling since they never called me to take my boat in. I didn't give up, I went to 2 other shops and they couldn't make me the pieces I needed. I finally went to Herrras and I talk to the owner(forgot his name). He looked at the pieces and told me he can make them for me. What was even better he said they'll be ready the next day. I was blown away. I left him a deposit for $50 and returned back the next few days and parts where all done. The washers and bolt was made identical as the one I brought in. I couldn't believe it. I saved my self $2800 and some body work on my boat. They custom-designed two gorgeous side gates for our home and even recommended adding a smart keypad lock for safety and easy access. ​But what really earned them five stars was their incredible attention to detail and Memo's drive for perfection. He wasn't happy with how the gate looked against our side wall because the wall was old and a bit wavy, so he actually took his work back to the shop to adjust it to seamlessly hide the wall's imperfections. Then, noticing that some of our stucco wasn't flush, he brought extra stucco with him and fixed our wall himself! Exceptional service from start to finish.
