We enjoyed the variety of the menu offerings, and ate there several times and enjoyed it. After Manny departed, qe saw a difference in both the food and the service. As such, we hadn't been back in quite a few months until today. Trying for a healthier option, I ordered the baked chicken. The chicken looked steamed, with soggy, pale skin. It was tasteless. I mentioned it to my server who acted as if I hadnt said anything. . The girl at the register apologized upon check out and asked an associate to call the manager to see what could be done. The manager refused to do anything since I had eaten a portion of it (possibly 1/4). A few dollars off would have sufficed as I did eat the salad and sides. This will absolutely be our last time there. Evidently business is so good, customer satsfaction is not something the management is concerned about.
