My family and I have been going here for around 10 years. It has become more and more popular the last few years, especially dinner time on weekends. Well, this was a first for me last Sunday evening. Wait for a seat for about 15 mins. Not a big deal, but I noticed the service decline while there. Not enough staff. Repeatedly had to ask for water. Items we would ask for never arrived, rice/peanut sauce/table setting. My wife went up 3 times to ask herself. Took awhile to even get order placed. I understand busy is a good thing for the shop, but some basic things like water could be addressed if staff just looked at a table or even asked how was food. I rarely order Thai BBQ chicken just because there are other dishes I want my kids to experience. Bad day to do this. Burnt black on one side. Not the largest of pieces either but my kids made do. Complained and offered 1/2 off that dish. My kids still liked it though. Also had panang, pad see u shrimp toast which were good as always. Wife and I think this shop has been consistently one of the best Thai places in Santa clarita but think it may be time to move on. read more

Depending on the night, the service varies. Sometimes they are on point, and sometimes you wanna tell them to forget whatever took them a while to bring. Come here quite often so I've experienced good and bad here. The food is on point. Recommend the pad Thai and the soups! I have been here multiple times with my family and everything is fantastic: the pad thai, the pineapple curry, the beef salad, the chicken coconut soup, and don't get me started on the wontons. This is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants to go to, and I make that known! I took a whack at the coconut cream pasta one time as well thinking I'll try something new and I'll have some to take home, but no one at my table left a morsel! The customer service is also impeccable! We have always been treated well and they even remember our favorites! How much more personable and amicable can one be? My family and I have customers here for over 15 years. We unfortunately moved to another city, that's pretty far from this restaurant, so we aren't able to visit as much as we hope. But we have yet to find another Thai food restaurant that beats this one, literally! We always find ourselves comparing other places to here, and hoping we can have their food again. We always talk about how much we miss eating here because it was the best place in terms of both taste and service. We always get this combination: Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, Yum Woon Sen, and the Poh Tak Soup. We're hoping they open another store near the Rowland Heights area. The atmosphere, décor, and ambience was simple and rather minimal with many tables, chairs and booths all located on a 2nd Level once you climbed a flight of stairs. There appeared to be a makeshift bar downstairs similar to what my uncles would've thrown together in the garage during a party when I was younger (if you're Filipino, you knew what I'm talking about!). Siam Rice is a value I don't think anyone can beat. Their Pad See-Ew never disappoints. We've tried Jasmine's Thai BBQ (too pricey), we've tried Ing Dou Thai (too pricey and flavorless) and we always wish we would have just gotten Siam Rice! Not only do we enjoy the taste better, but you can't beat $20 for two dishes, fried rice and enough food to feed two for two days. I would give five stars, but I do have to agree I'm not a fan of this location for dine in. read more

The delivery man tried to short me $20 when he payed me. When I bit into the pork, it was all bone. I don't mean a little bit of bone; I literally mean they deep fried a pig bone and served it over lukewarm lettuce. After the bony piece, I decided to give an honest attempt and bit into another piece of pork. I now have 2 bones in my mouth and still no pork! My boyfriend made a joke saying the Thai man gave me more bone than I would ever give him. I think my boyfriend is really right on this issue. Incredible veggie pad Thai, maybe the best I've ever eaten. Order it spicy with the dried Thai chili peppers. OMMMMGGG.

We started with the garlic wings and fried tofu. Both were appetizing and worth coming back for... The garlic wings was surprisingly crispy even with the garlic sauce. The tofu was fried light brown and comes with sweet peanut butter sauce which gives the nice taste to it. We also had seafood Tom ka Kai (coconut) soup - hmmmm delicious! For dinner we ordered chili garlic fish and garlic pork ribs. I don't know what part of Thailand where they serve everything with garlic, But, all the foods were very tasty. The fish was excellent and fresh far better than the pork ribs which was hard for me. Overall, I would definitely come back. Excellent food at a very affordable price. read more

We had the worst experience with this place. My boyfriend I were both sick and didn't feel like cooking or going out. So we placed an order for delivery at 6:50 pm and was told 45 to an hour wait. We had to call three times and was told each time the driver will be here in a few minutes. It wasn't until my last call at 8:48pm and the lady had to call the driver and I was told that he was downstairs which my boyfriend still had to wait another 10 minutes before he came. Once we received our food of course it was cold. No apologies from the driver or from the staff and no offer of a discount. I've been here a couple of times, and let me just say that this is probably the best Thai food place I have ever been to. I love how flavorful their dishes are. I feel like with a lot of authentic "ethnic" food, restaurant owners sometimes feel like they need to tone down the flavors so that they can sell to a wider audience, for a lack of a better way of putting it. Siam Rice II is not like that, however...and I love that. If I want to eat Thai food, I want it to taste like Thai food. I wanna taste the different kinds of flavors that Thai cuisine has to offer. That's why I love coming here. I get that experience I'm looking for, and it doesn't hurt the budget. The only thing that I can probably complain about is the parking. It's quite compact. Great flavors on Borge the Pad Thai and the Tom Kha Gai! They delivered to La Quinta Inn and the food was hot and yummy!

Most of their food is pretty good, however, they need to clean their vegetables better. Tom Kah soup is my favorite. I stopped going their because every time I order it from them, there is still sand or dirt or whatever in the mushrooms...
