The chicken parm dinner was comprised of a large breaded chicken cutlet topped with melted cheese over white rice, side of golden fries, and a small green salad with a small packet of oil dressing. My name comes up and they give me our food. Chicken was barely lukewarm and mushy, not hot and crispy as in the past. Fries were ICE COLD.
