They are open until 5am and they deliver. That's the big selling point. It's one of the few options for Fairbanks when it's late (after 8:30pm) and you've just flown in. The hotel worker did say they usually take 1-2 hours to deliver. The food itself was actually pretty good! We ordered an Hawaiian pizza, chicken Alfredo, and tiramisu through DoorDash. The portions were pretty generous! They gave us a side salad and garlic bread on the house. We had leftovers for the next day. Would I choose it during the day time if I have a rental car? Maybe not... But you can't deny that the delivery is a huge plus. There's definitely a need. (Side note: It felt like there was only one DoorDash driver in Fairbanks. Came here on Thanksgiving day and they were very busy with online orders. Although it took awhile to get the food, it was very good and well worth the wait. Never actually got the food to try, because after an hour half our order hadn't shown up. This was after asking twice about the order. When we went to leave they came with the order slip, a completely wrong order, taken in person, as we ordered one by one. All in all, bad service, didn't take the order right, and there seemed to be a complete lack of communication between employees in the kitchen. We found this place the first night in town after a long ride from Denali. We were staying right down the street. I ordered delivery and never received a notification for estimated arrival time, so after about 15 minutes I called to ask for an estimated time. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, after an hour and two minutes I called again asking if they had an update, they said about 5 minutes and that the driver would be there soon. Meanwhile I have been waiting outside the entire time (that will be important later), after 2 hours exactly I call and ask for a refund, I am given the managers phone number, I ask if he is there, the girl says yes, then no, then yes again, then tells me I cannot speak to him. I ask her to please put me on the phone with the manager if he is there as I'd like to get a refund. I finally get transferred to the manager and he immediately starts yelling at me telling me it was only $27 and that the delivery driver was in the driveway when I called. I first ask him why he is yelling at a customer, and then say that I have been waiting outside the whole time and no his driver has never arrived. I ask for a refund and he says I cannot have one, then says I will have to dispute it with my bank. What restaurant can't process a refund when they fail to do their job? I then asked for that in writing sent to my email (which I provided), he said no and hung up. Very classy. read more

We're staying the night down the road and decided to stop in here. The prices seem SLIGHTLY high but once you see how good your portions are, it's actually a good deal for how much food you get. The wait is a little long but they're making it to order so I wouldn't expect much else and the time frame was reasonable considering how much we ordered. The pizzas are very good, salads are a good size, the marinara sauce is also very good, calzones are very big (see pictures) and very cheesy and yummy. All the staff are super friendly. I ordered the Gyro Sandwich that comes in a 12" pizza dough, a side of mozzarella sticks w marinara. It was good but not outstanding. The dough is hot and fresh. Also best place to order after hours, usually go through door dash but they failed me multiple times , ended up calling straight to the company and sicilys always pull through. To be honest, I wish I could give zero star. I ordered spicy Buffalo wings and got the wrong flavor. That wasn't the problem, people make mistakes. But I called them to let them know I got the wrong wings and instantly the lady on the phone had an attitude and kept telling me I'm wrong. She said I ordered plain wings but I told her I have a receipt and it says "Buffalo wings" and suddenly she changed her answer and said I got the spicy wings. I said no, and then she claimed the spicy Buffalo wings are "mild" but they were 100% plain. Then she changed her story and said I got Buffalo sauce on the side and I told her no, and she asked rudely "what do you want me to do about it then". But she said she can't do anything because I apparently got "Buffalo wings." I just want to let people know that their service sucks and makes me feel like I wasted my money. read more

Ordered a few pizzas for my kids to enjoy but the delivery driver wouldn't refund us the pizzas that had big dough bubbles in them. My son accidentally sneezed on one of the pizzas and it popped the dough bubble and the entire pizza got deflated. He wouldn't accept the refund for the deflated pizza either. read more

The pizza style and thickness was simliar to a pizza hut style, but actually delicious. The 1 time I had there pizza, it was great. I had gotten a delivery and it was late at night and I wasn't able to come to the door when the pizza was delivered and I was fortunate enough to have received a text from them letting me know they waited for a while until someone came to the door and since no one had answered, they left it at the doorstep. That was good communication. Although very low rating because the 2nd time I attempted to order from them, it was a complete crap show! This restaurant really needs to get their stuff together!! Other than the good first time experience I had with them via delivery, their customer service is horrible, zero organization, and sketchy as hell! Terrible way to run any sort of business! I ordered a pizza through their website and roughly 20 min later I went to the restaurant to pick it up. I arrive to the restaurant and the restaurant is closed at 2:45pm when their window clearly said they open at 11am and on google it said it their open from 11am-6am! I called and it was some sort of operating system that answered, a foreign sounding person who was very difficult to understand answers and proceeds to tell me the restaurant opens at 3:30 and they're just the phone answering system who takes the calls for all the Sicilys pizza's in Alaska. I thought that was pretty odd but carried on. I tried to waste time and I noticed the restaurant was then completely opened at 3oclock on the dot. Okay so much for opening at 3:30? I ask the man in the restaurant what their set time for opening is and he tells me they open at 3. I tell him okay you may want to change the hours it says your restaurant opens at 11am on your window. Also I mentioned to him the person on the phone told me they open at 3.30 so there's clearly a lot of miscommunication. He told me the operator was incorrect and he seemed very confused and surprised that his window says they open at 11am. I then tell him "I'm here to pick up my order under the name.." He tells me there is no order under the name I told him. Turns out for whatever reason the order was sent to anchorage. I asked him "well since i already paid could you have them send the order over to this location?" he tells me hold on a minute and calls the operator I had previously spoken to. The operator then says she can cancel the order but she needs my card information. This was very sketchy to me given her english was bad and she was difficult to understand. I told the operator "i don't have the card on me. My husband was the one who placed the order with his card and i'm simply here to pick up the food. Since this is supposedly a chain why can't you accept the money from the order that was already placed and just send it to the fairbanks restaurant so that they can make the food?" she gave no explanation as to why she wouldn't do that and only proceeded to tell me "i can't do that." I was aggravated so i hung up. the operator then calls my phone number MULTIPLE times, blowing me up. I don't know what type of "customer service" that was but that is not something any type of business should be doing to their customers. I asked the man who was standing directly in front of me working at this restaurant where that "operator" is. he tells me they answer all the calls placed to Sicilys and their somewhere in Europe. WHAT THE HELL! This is getting weirder and weirder!! I'm good, i don't know who the hell is on the other side of that phone, given the bad english they were sounding like some sort of bill collector or even a scam so I am not given any card info to them. If I had to change anything, I would ask that the canned soda be cold. I've heard unfavorable reviews but I had no complaint. Wouldn't it be nice if this pizza tasted as good as it looks on their TV commercial? We ordered here because it was one of the few places open after 10pm on our return from a fishing trip and we disappointed. This isn't authentic Sicily pizza. It tastes like Pizza Hut. There was very little sauce and the crust tasted like cardboard. On a positive note, the staff was nice and their antipasto salad is good. Stick with that and you'll be happier.
