Dishonest to the core. Just stay away. Knowingly Sold my mom broken brand new jewelry items and when she brought back the earrings for repair, they conveniently "lost" them, and we have been asking for our earrings back for a couple of years now, but we only get the run around. They either resold them or the owner kept them for himself thinking we would not return again. Anyway we have been so nice and have been patiently waiting for a refund for Years now!!! Now, I'm tired of being nice so I am going to report them to the Florida state Revenue board for tax evasion and other crimes as they collected multiple cash payment from me and probably fail to pay proper sales tax. So this small error of stealing my mom's earrings is going to cost you a whole lot more, you will have the state of Florida investigating your business very soon! Zevar is an Indian jewelry store, meaning that most of their items are 18 or 22k gold. With that in mind, expect to pay a little more for quality and craftsmanship. I have been a customer at Zevar for years now and it's the only place I go to whenever shopping for Indian jewelry. They are always friendly and patient, offer good discounts and are always willing to order or adjust items if necessary. I love good jewelry so it's fair to say that Zevar is one of my favorite places to go shopping. read more

They don't stick to their word unfortunately. I was told that after I size something, they would weigh out the item and charge me accordingly because obviously I'm only paying for what I am actually getting. Mind you, they didn't tell me there was any charge for sizing anything as I've done it before with them for items. When I picked up the item I paid full price because the rep that helped me was out of town and the lady who charged me told me the weight and to call back to speak to the guy that helped me and he would settle the difference. About 3 weeks after he comes up with a story that they never charged me to get the item sized and if I want I can take the pieces of gold back but I would owe them an extra $20 for doing the sizing on the item. And then they said they can't find the pieces of gold right now. Unbelievable and I definitely won't be going back there again. read more

If you are looking for unique jewelry that is not your run of the mill mall merchandise, you need to make your way here. On entry, you are struck by the large selection of 22ct gold. Anything you could desire is here... necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings... check, check, check and check. There are large pieces, small pieces and anything in between. I especially liked the locking mechanism for an added layer to protect me from losing a new treasured item. I was immediately greeted and the service was one on one. Poor customer service. Purchased chains from them spent hundreds on them. Then purchased rings for our anniversary to be engraved by them. Anniversary was December 8th. Left a deposit on 9/11 and we exchanged a necklace so left the credit towards what we had for our rings $200 in deposit. They just forgot about us, then when I reached out in October he moved forward and got them sized but not engraved. Gave him the engraving info in writing in Sept which by the way included my anniversary date. He Had one engraved but second ring nothing. Rings finally done at end of December and we didn't want them after all this. Asked for my deposit back but I'm being given the run around. I'll NEVER buy anything from them. Don't care about customers or what it takes to gain customer loyalty. There are a lot of other jewelry stores that do better. read more
