The owner and another man came running (literally) with a battery charger and confessed that they had to jump it that morning! It would not start even after a charge. They had this lot 6 months and never checked the battery (it was the original 2019 battery that came in the car new. They didn't fix the running board or tell me prior it did not work. The salesman said he himself drove it 1000 miles last summer. This car would have left me stranded on the 100 mile drive back home!

He's a Christian and is a straightforward guy who depends on word of mouth for sales and mechanical business...meaning he takes care of his customers. Found out later that quite a few friends have bought cars from him and always go to him for service and repairs. Harry and crew earned my business. My first meeting was when I was visiting Omaha from Miami Beach. Difficult issue came up... I used another shop that I had used before several times ( who always claimed something major needed replaced and always ended up $1800 ). When they quoted me $1800 (again), they said it was for a worn out part - problem was it was something they were supposed to have fixed the last time. A friend gave me the name/number and I called Harry and met him. Firstly, he's got a great work manner. He explained what the issue was - gave options - had it done and covered and under $300. Then I got the surprise. Harry showed me each of the items that were supposed to have been replaced - the original parts were still there. No idea what the real issue was I still drive great distances, my base is now Omaha and Miami Beach, but I see to it that my cars visit Harry for exams. Many would find something so that repairs are needed. Harry, has found tiny things and just straightened no charge. I trust these people and I've sent others who have shared in my experience. Shaun Hancock, the sales rep was super great and helpful working with us to possibly trade our car in for something newer. He even helped us get ahold of their IT specialist (they call him the "English man") and he was fantastic also. He spent a great deal of time with us and was very personable. We have never felt the kind of customer service that we received here. Highly recommend!
