Absolutely phenomenal! Had the house burger the first time and then on our return, dirty fries and the Korean pork tacos. Delicious. I'd eat here every day if I could! Great customer service. Camping at hot lake and decided to head to town for a beer. Friendly staff, they have a few of their own local brews, and had some fun live music going. Only downside is we were hoping to get beer and dessert, and they don't serve any dessert! I will definitely stop in again next time I'm in eastern Oregon. read more

We had the best dining experience here! Their staff was both wonderful to our kids as well as our new puppy (dogs are allowed on their adorable patio). The beers were tasty and the food was DELICIOUS. The images shown on their virtual menu lined up exactly with what was set in front of us and even better the flavors and composition were fantastic. I'm so glad we stopped by! We had the kale Cesar salad, 2 burgers and a kids grilled cheese. I would drive it if my way to get their dirty fries and I don't even like fries. The lake salad with bacon was huge and delicious. The staff was friendly and kind. If I could rate a zero I would. My boyfriend always goes here for the grilled cheese. I had ordered what was supposed to be Mac and cheese. What I got was macaroni in beer cheese soup. It was watery and tasted terrible. I couldn't eat it so my boyfriend gave me his sandwich and he ate the whatever it was. He says no more will we go here. That was terrible. read more

So happy we gave this place a try. We were driving from Portland to Wallowa Lake and stopped here for lunch on a very hot day. We had our dog and sat out back on the patio. Had fabulous service and everything we ate was delish (dirty bird salad, tomato soup and some sort of ahi appetizer). I loved the sour beer and my husband had two different IPAs, he enjoyed both. We found this Brewery/pub on our way to Colorado. We sat outside, and enjoyed a great lunch. Good service, and excellent food. We ordered the Kale caesar. So good. And we ordered some burgers which were cooked excellently and very tasty. We all had fries which were also very good. You won't be disappointed if you stop in and have anything on their menu. They pay attention to details. We are stopping again on our way home to Seattle so we can enjoy another Kale salad and something else on their menu. read more

On our way to Ontario I messaged the business to see how busy they were. The owner - Scott - messaged me right back (impressive) to say that they were not packed and to come on in. Hey, don't need a lot of arm twisting for a cold beer :) and we were not disappointed!!!! IPA was cold and hoppy - just the way I like them. Ordered the peanut butter bacon burger with fries and spicy aoili sauce, the ahi sandwich with a side salad - all so delicious !!! Plenty of food for the both of us. The staff was attentive and friendly. Scott, I think you are doing things right. We visit Ontario fairly often and are excited about a good place to visit. This place was really a surprise. Coming form Portland, we have high standards for service and food quality. Side A excelled on both. We both ordered the fried chicken sandwich with truffle fries and a kale Caesar to split. The sandwiches were amazing. Perfect balance of spice and texture. Pickled fennel was not over bearing. Bun was delicate and well toasted. Packaging was neat and not wasteful. Portions were filling. They provided a reasonable portion of ketchup and no napkins or utensils which we appreciated because those are often just trash or unseeded. Beers are on another level as well. We are headed on a road trip and already made plans to come back on our way home to dine in and get a flight. read more
