(They covered it in a chili and bean mixture- not authentic but is common practice in the US) The entire staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful!! They were pretty tasty, but needed more salt. With a little fresh lime and fresh salsa it was yummy. There were beans and rice on the plate which was also good. One thing that I really loved was the salsa bar. You can find fresh salsa of various types and garnishes to accompany your meal. I will say, the red sauce lit me up.
