If you don't have to come here, don't. I upgraded my wedding…read morering and to keep all the warrantees we had to come here. I used the stone originally from my wedding ring into a custom ring. I had the diamond and thought I may as well put it into something I'd wanted with my kids birthstones. The process was horrible. Timelines were constantly missed, I had to go into the store on multiple occasions and more emails than I could keep track of. Once we finally had an agreeable design, they let me know the price had doubled. When I asked why, because I had actually already paid several months before, it was due to the increase in cost of gold. When I asked to cancel everything, they said I'd have to pay design fees. They were not able to produce any evidence I had agreed to pay non-refundable design fees. The interaction of designing the ring and follow up repair has made even my feelings about the diamond even sour. Avoid being overcharged, warrantees that keep you stuck and a headache. Buy your jewelry elsewhere.

Rather than trying to have me repair the edges which would have encouraged me to have to come back in a few years and spend hundreds again, I opted for the new setting and that lasts up to 20 more years! Fixed my ring in the shop, inside repair! No we sending it out. After the new diamond setting was ordered and arrived, it was fixed that week including filling under the diamond. Great place
