The ring was purchased in a different city but from a Kays. That first day set the tone for our continued business at this Kays location. About a month ago we were in looking at watches and my girlfriend picked one out that she liked. The young lady that works there asked us if we would like to put it on our wish list in our account. We said yes not thinking much of it. I decided to purchase the watch for my girlfriend for Valentines Day but couldn't remember which model it was that she liked. I walked in the store today (2/4) to purchase the watch. The wish list on our account was so helpful to me, I was able to get exactly what she wanted. Got back from having the wedding ring (with diamonds) repaired since the band got so thin and the…read moreprongs weak after 40 years of wear that the band actually broke in the center. The result of their repair and the really friendly service is fabulous. Unlike I've seen anywhere. The price of the repair was very reasonable. Under my 10X loupe, I could not even determine where they made the repair and the addition of the gold. Of course I am not a diamond expert, but very educated in this area from having bought and sold investment grade diamonds in the past. We mainly chose this company due to the good reviews and service along with the fact we don't want our jewelry sent out to be repaired. Too many hands involved which can run into problems or worse. They fix everything in house. Also, they have some nice pieces of jewelry for sale. This is going to always be the place for us to do business.
