We were traveling through going south on 99 and called ahead looking for an adaptor for our 30 amp power line. I regret that we don't know who we talked to but she was very helpful and gave us directions to the location that was open because it was a Sunday afternoon. When we arrived she recognized us from the call and gave us a great welcome and asked if we wanted coffee. My sense was that she understood that we had been traveling and that it all wasn't just about selling something but welcoming us, RV travelers, to their store. They had multiple adapters that would work for us, we walked out with a three dollar part that gave us peace of mind. More importantly, we had a little break, a smile, a coffee, and got back on the road with a little extra pep in our step. OK, this was a minor interaction, we didn't buy an RV here, we didn't have major service so take it for what it is but it was a very nice place and the only person we saw was also very nice. read more

Robert was great, along with the man that did my walk through when I went to pick up the camper! Went in to have water tank reinforced. They did a good job on that. But, I added a vent screen ($24) and a keypad sticker ($36). Charged $56 dollars labor to snap a screen in place (2 minutes) and $67 labor to stick a sticker on (maybe 5 minutes). This was in addition to the cost of $400+ for the reinforced water tank (which was fine). Rip off! if you have small things you can buy and apply or put in yourself do it, they charge a lot to do small things when you are getting something larger done. read more

I brought my RV in to address a black tank monitor issue--it was reading 2/3 full even when empty. When I first called to schedule service, I spoke with Perla, who responded with, "Did you empty the tank?" in a tone that felt dismissive and condescending. Yes, of course I had. That's why I was calling. After dropping off the RV, I heard nothing for over a week. I called multiple times, only to be transferred to Perla's voicemail again and again. Eventually, I had to go to the front desk and ask to speak with someone who would actually answer. They said they'd "make her answer this time," and she did--only to tell me that her coworker Vanessa would need to follow up, but she was off that day. Thankfully, Vanessa did reach out via text and was genuinely helpful and courteous. She was the bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. When I arrived to pick up the RV, I met Perla in person. Her demeanor suggested we were inconveniencing her just by showing up. I asked to speak with the tech, and again was met with attitude. When I tried to understand why one repair wasn't submitted to my extended warranty, she repeatedly talked over me and said, "I'm not going to argue with you." I had to ask her to stop interrupting so I could simply understand the process. The tech I spoke with--Jose, I believe--was excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally. If not for him and Vanessa, this review would be even more negative. Bottom line: Perla's customer service was unacceptable. Her communication style and attitude made an already frustrating situation worse. I strongly recommend the business reconsider who they place in customer-facing roles. With better front-line service, they could truly shine. read more

We recently bought a used fifth wheel from ET and were Leary about doing so because of the bad experience we had with Camping World. What a great experience. After the first rainstorm we experienced a leak. We brought it back knowing that we may have to pay for repairs. They totally took care of it no charge. Wow! We drove two hours to this dealer because they had the model we wanted. We did have to put a deposit down and wait nearly 3 months (industry standard right now) but it was well worth it. We did end up getting a call they had the exact unit we wanted as a trade in, so we got the model that was a few months old, very slightly used and saved us lots of money. Even though we bought a consigned unit we felt like we were still given the first class customer service of new unit buyers. We have had our GeoPro 20BHS over two weeks now and spent nearly a whole week camping already. Buying an RV during a Pandemic could have been difficult but Tom and Melina made it quick and easy. We had a Rockwood trailer picked out and ET RV had it. Spoke to the salesman Tom numerous times on the phone and he was always courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to put a deposit down over the phone to hold the trailer. We drove from 2 hours away to pick it up and they had it waiting for us, cleaned and plugged in. We were able to do our walk through without anyone else inside. Our last trailer was similar so we knew how things worked. They were able to quickly fix and replace two items that had been damaged during transport. I didn't get the name of the service tech but he was extremely efficient. Melina brought all paperwork outside for us to sign and answered all of our questions. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both she and the tech wore masks as well. My husband and I found a trailer in Nipomo CA which would've allowed us to buy locally. But when we went in to make our purchase they weren't willing to match the price we found online at ET Quality RV, they said they didn't have to because "they're selling the heck out of them and they could get MSRP" and they told us that anyone advertising that price wasn't telling the truth and would get us there and "get us on the backside". We called and personally spoke to ET (who actually answered his phone after hours and was so wonderful and accommodating). They got us preapproved over the phone and even saved us 2% APR then they bent over backwards to get that model in for us as quickly as possible and even sent photos to us to assure us it was what we were looking for. When we arrived to the lot in Yuba City we were greeted with the same kindness and professionalism we experienced over the phone. This was a 5 1/2 hour drive for us, but SO worth it! I arrived at ET Quality RV on Friday, May 25, 2018... start of Memorial weekend! It was 1:30pm... they closed at 3pm... but I wanted to take my family camping in Laporte, it was raining, tent camping with my 10mo old daughter was out... they showed me a fifth wheel in great condition, and in my range of what I wanted to spend... though my truck didn't yet have a fifth wheel plate, or trailer breaks... these guys rushed to install the fifth wheel, and trailer breaks and show me how to operate the Pop out, etc... and worked til 5pm... and I picked my wife and daughter up... and went on a 5 day camping trip that night! Best Memorial weekend we've had!!! And they made it happen! My Family is greatly appreciative to all the employees that volunteered to stay late to get me on the road!!! Awesome Job! read more

Adding to my review. 7/20/2020 I visited there and none of the employees had a mask on. And they were Hispanic, and they are at higher risk of catching this Covid thing. Even one girl was pregnant and she didn't have a mask on. I don't get it. They were a lot nicer this time around. I was really pleased with that. But as far as this Covid thing, they're not taking any precautions. I'm not comfortable with this. This will be my last visit. Went there looking for a specific item. The chick at the desk to the left behind the counter is extremely arrogant, rude, and NOT friendly. You walk through the door she or anybody else did not greet. Did not ask if I needed help. The prices are extremely outrageous. But if you can't make it into Sacramento I guess this is the place you need to go. If you're not in a hurry, for certain things go online and buy them from Amazon or camping world or Walmart. You will pay the fraction of the price that they offer. My wife and I were looking throughout the state for our Geo Pro to purchase. We stumbled upon ET Quality RV and couldn't be any happier. Tom Houie, our salesman, was excellent! He was not pushy, very professional, and most off very patient with us and our search for our travel trailer. Ernie did our walk-thru and he was amazing. He was very patient and gave us plenty of information to make sure we were confident before leaving the lot. Melina processed our paperwork and she was great. She was very welcoming and was not pushy at all. She wanted to make sure we had a great experience and made sure all our questions were answered. Lesson learned, I dealt with many salesman from different RV companies and they were very pushy and all they wanted was the sale. We drove about 3 hours to pick up the trailer and it was worth the extra drive. I get told I didn't qualify. So now I am homeless. I signed their paperwork 3 weeks ago. And never got a call from them saying there was an issue. We have been given an estimate for minimum $8000 to fix the brand new trailer we purchased that was never inspected.

We lost our house in the Valley fire so we decided to get a trailer to live in while we figured out if we would rebuild or buy a new home. We bought a 2007 fifth wheel trailer looked to be in good shape but I paid them $500.00 to look over everything and make sure we wouldn't have any problems. We've had the trailer for two weeks now and the washing machine doesn't work they won't come out and fix it they want me to bring it to them and this morning the holding tank starting leaking. We are now filing a complaint with dmv to investigate which they have told us no paperwork has been submitted. My wife has made several calls to ET and we don't get a definite answer and when they say they'll call us back they dont, and I also have emailed which they do not respond to. I am very grateful for the considerate care I received from the owner Maria and her staff in helping me get the used RV which I purchased from them ready to take home. She navigated through DMV obstacles to get the title transfer, arranged to have the trailer moved to Neil's tire shop (a great find) next door for new tires, then helped me find a towing operator (Danny, another good one). Omar and David removed the old refrigerator and rooftop antenna and repaired the broken window and door. Ernie was patient and thorough with me during the pre-delivery walk-through. We tried to negotiate a deal with this dealer on a Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser. The dealer kept agreeing to the terms but would never send us a signed invoice. This went on for several weeks. We can only guess, but we belive that the CA OR fires drove up RV prices & the dealer continued selling the RV for more cash. He took a deposit from us and told us it was refundable. No refund after one month. Perhaps he told others the same & took more than one deposit? I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. If I could give no stars I would. Untrustworthy. read more

I bought a Rockwood MiniLite from Melina in June of 2018. I live in San Diego and I wanted a 2019. There were one of the few dealerships that had a 2019 in the model I wanted. So I planned a month long trip starting in Yuba City to pick it up. Melina was great helping me out in the process. Obviously, living in San Diego and conversing in Email and phone can be a bit difficult but she was helpful. I payed a couple $1,000 more because I wanted a 2019 not a 2018 which dealerships had in San Diego. After my trip I received my Pink Slip from the DMV. It stated that my RV was in fact a 2018 and not a 2019. I proceeded to email and call Melina. She emailed back that it was a mistake on their part and they would handle the paperwork with the DMV. Email after email, call after call, Melina and ET Quality RV never wrote or called me back. Needless to say, they took my extra $1,000+ for a 2019. But in fact, it was a 2018 and they did nothing about it. What a joke. Hustle the customer, get the money you can for the business, and who cares about us. I will be contacting BBB about this one.
