Saul from Tanks Water heaters quickly answered my call and said he would fit me in between jobs so I could get my water heater diagnosed/fixed. He texted 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He and his team diagnosed the water heater, walked me through the needed repairs and provided me a quote on the spot and within an hour my water heater was fixed. They ended up having to drain the water tank, replace pop off and expansion tank and re-routed the overflow pipe to ensure it was up to code and not draining into my water heater, which was what caused the water heater to shut off in the first place. All in all they delivered great customer service, was reasonably priced and seemed to be honest and knowledgeable at what they do. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Chris was very professional, gave me some ideas on a Honeywell thermostat (we're not BIG fans of the new NEST thermostat), showed me how to read the error codes on our furnace (watch the number of red light flashes and compare it to the brochure left with the furnace). The operator takes my messages and I have never received a returned calls, two weeks later still no call. They were suppose to send out an emergency tech. No one has showed up. I finally received a phone call this morning to discuss my situation and we agreed on the next steps. They were very apologetic but its sad it had to come to this to get a response.
