I had Invisalign treatment with the San Bernardino office from 2023 to 2024, and my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. In May 2024, I went in for a revision and was told I would be contacted when my new trays arrived. I never received a call. About two months later, my husband followed up in person and was told they had not received anything for me. There was no proactive communication or effort to resolve the issue. Around that same time, I was quoted nearly $1,000 for a crown, even though my insurance indicated crowns were fully covered. I later learned this office is not a preferred provider, which explained the high out-of-pocket estimate. I ultimately switched to another dentist where my insurance is properly accepted and have since received routine care without issue. After that, the level of service noticeably declined. For months, I tried to schedule an appointment to complete my Invisalign revision, but was repeatedly told I had to see a specific dentist who is only available in the San Bernardino office once a month. Every appointment I scheduled over a three-month period was canceled. I was eventually offered a May appointment, but I will be out of the country at that time. I asked to be seen at another location and went to the Riverside office, clearly explaining that I was there only to complete my Invisalign revision. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted a cleaning, encouraged to get a deep cleaning (which I do not need), and even told I should have my wisdom teeth removed--something no other dentist has ever recommended to me. It felt like constant upselling rather than patient care. After clarifying multiple times that I was only there for my Invisalign revision, I was then told it would cost $2,500 to restart the treatment plan. This directly contradicts what I was previously told by the San Bernardino office--that I had until November to complete my plan. Overall, this office demonstrates poor communication, inconsistent information, and a clear focus on upselling rather than patient care. I've been coming to Sierraview for a couple of years, and they have always taken very good care of me. Besides normal cleanings, I also recently had a wisdom tooth, and 2 impacted teeth in the front of my mouth removed. Dental work gives me anxiety, but they've never made me feel uncomfortable, and if I need extra time during a procedure, they have been very accommodating. To correct the teeth in the front of my mouth, Dr. Sheila installed a bridge, giving me the natural smile I never knew I could have. It's only been a few days since my smile makeover, but it's already shaping up to be a transformative experience. The front staff is always so kind and thoughtful, and have helped me get decent financing for my more expensive procedures. Sierra View a dental is an adult dental office.. Please find a better office that will treat you right. The women and the men that work in the back and they are honest. In 2021 I had to have my top dentures replaced due to my ex fiance punching me so hard that they had to be replaced. Bravo Dental was supposed to be perfect. At first everything seemed fine and they told me I automatically received the complete dentures for up replacement. Due to the nerve damage that my ex caused to the bottom dentures Beovo said they all needed to be removed so a oral surgeon Dr. Morris so an excellent job, but I did not have my temps. Sierra View didn't even start them. My sugery was in a October 2024 and I didn't receive my bottom temporary dentures until November, more like the end of November. So I went a month without having any bottom dentures and everywhere I went over a mask which didn't bother me, but it prevented me from going to important events and really being around anyone. When I had confronted with the two managers one manager Ashley is the office manager and the second manager her name is Rebecca and she is the regional manager. When I told them the codes to where my teeth should have been made right when they weren't were not Rebecca said,"we are just missing you from our practice!" They build me or I should say my insurance for complete dentures on the top of my teeth and the bottom using code 5110 that code covers your complete dentures meaning the permanent dentures you will have unless something happens to them. They are good for 5 years. So they build identical for the complete dentures and I have the immediate dentures which which the code is 5140. So I basically have plastic teeth in my mouth, the bottom teeth I cannot wear because they are causing sores in my mouth on the side of my mouth and whenever I wear the fixodent it tears up the inside of my mouth, it causes me extreme diarrhea with the worst cramps and I'm just really sick. This company had the chance to make things right with me and they did not there for they will make things right but they're not going to like how they have to do it. If you are a customer looking for a dental office please do not choose this office you will be scammed they are committing fraud which I would not doubt if Ashley and Rebecca were pocketing the money that they are feeling for the complete dentures which cost a lot more than the immediates I don't know what their company is doing to be honest with you but if I were you I would not go to the dentist they are bad news you will not end up with a good result. read more

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Been going here for almost 2 years now For implants I was told would take a year. I financed $42,000 for my implants. That means they got paid and I'm paying a bank. They told me it would take a year. I was ok with that but I'm 2 months from being 2 years into this. I'm over it and want it to be done!! Very unreliable office you go in with a hole in your tooth in pain the do x-rays Dr. Checks you out then they try to rip you off saying you need $13,000.00 dollars worth of work done and they want to start with something else not the tooth that has you in extreme pain. Updating my review after my recent visit. Came here for what I thought was a routine cleaning covered by my insurance - Was upsold on a $640 deep cleaning with lasers after getting my x-rays. I told them that I did not want to do a deep cleaning, and they flat out REFUSED to bill me for a regular cleaning. Something about how they have an obligation to only perform the services that I need for my dental health (which apparently is a $640 deep cleaning). She told me that if I didn't get it done my teeth would risk falling out in a few years, which honestly just seemed like a load of BS and scare tactics. I've never had a single cavity my entire life. A regular cleaning would have been better than no cleaning so I don't believe for a second that they were looking out for my best interest. Only reason this gets 2 stars is because the dental assistants were very professional and polite. Front desk and billing department need to reevaluate their procedures. Like someone else said, it felt like being in a car dealership, except worse - They didn't even sell me the car I wanted (and already paid for through insurance). In a consultation/cleaning appointment, dentist states I need just a regular cleaning, but after leaving the room and making me wait another 30 minutes during my workday, the receptionist comes back after running my insurance and suddenly the regular cleaning that she initially recommended has become a deep cleaning with increased costs. When I state that this is not what the dentist just told me, the receptionist responds: "this is what she recommended" -- not checking with the dentist, not looking into it, just shushing me. She also has a giant advertisement for weight loss drugs in the waiting room. And some club music playing early in the morning. Against this background, she has you fill in forms on a https://www.henryscheinone.com/ website (which works to help dental practices "boost treatment acceptance", per their homepage), asking if "you're happy with your smile". And if you're not, but don't have money, don't worry, there's a financing option prominently displayed. Additionally, she performed a 3d tooth scan in addition to x-rays, which per the MA was so she can see "if I need implants" and that it was "required for all new patients" (despite the fact that no other dentist I've visited performs this), without ever knowing anything about my case or whether there was any indication that I'd need implants; I was assured this wouldn't be billed by a receptionist, while the MA stated it was covered by insurance -- now I have to be concerned about what they're going to bill my insurance -- I never requested this scan and never consented to being billed for it. I'd gotten an offer for a "scholarship grant" of $10,000 to go towards implants. These thieves never credited me the $10,000. I was paying as we moved forward with treatment. I applied for 2 different loans and the office was paid $18,000 however, they only credited my account $8,000. The dentist that started working on my implants with great hesitation due to my teeth roots being perilously close to my sinuses. The implant punctured my sinus and caused an infection that was seen on an unrelated x ray. A very suave and charming dentist examined me and did nothing. I had continuous issues with my teeth being misaligned and causing great pressure on the implant that punctured my sinus. That implant fell out and I continued to be misaligned. Then I lost 2 more implants. The misalignment caused me to break a tooth on my denture. I went to a dental lab, twice, to have it repaired. I was not happy with the way my teeth looked. They were very aware that I was not a good candidate for upper jaw implants. In the end, they stole over $20,000 of my money. The office staff is complicit with robbing patients. I checked some records that revealed Dr. M. Zareh, the owner, is listed as attending dentist for over 25 different offices! Court records showed that this guy is being sued by many people. Even legal aid is well aware of these criminal. So many dentists are thieves. They disgrace the profession and cast a bad light on the honest practices. read more

I was going here for a while but when my normal dentist left a few years ago, I was switched. I went a few months ago and was essentially told I'd have dentures by 30(im only 25) and that all my cavities also needed crowns and made me feel so aweful. They said they sent a prior authorization for a root canal in March. Very unprofessional staff! I went for my appointment today n a hygienist called for cleaning! I told her that I was in for fitting my partials ! She then asked me if I would go for cleaning anyways n answered her negatively! No apology offered! Came another staff n tried to fit my lower partial. I then asked where my upper denture is! The answers was, " aww these process are long n is not in" I told her that I was in for fitting for both upper n lower. I sensed that these inexperienced staff do not know what they are doing! The Dentist came n she did fit the upper n lower! However, I noticed that the partials had metals n I told them that I prefer NO metals in my mouth if possible! The staff ( not the Dentist) tried to convince me that metals have better fit etc! I told them that my preference is no metal! In came the finance person n condescendingly told me that she explained to me in the beginning that it was going to be metal! I do not recall her explaining this to me! All she did is to ask me to sign the bill. This is the second time this person " gas lighted" me n like the first time, she made me so upset that I started shaking! It took me awhile to calm down in my car! This is such a nightmare! I paid almost 8k to be harassed by this person! There are several dentistry's I have been to in my lifetime in United States. However, I never even knew this clinic was located literally where I live. It was in "Hiding". The first impression you get when you walk in is this clinic probably belongs to a group of doctors, but I was wrong. There are only two doctors who actually work here. Everyone else is either dental staff or the front desk staff. The clinic has very nice Ambience when you walk in the door. I have never seen a customer service representative so polite and well trained in every way. Their clinic is very big and has all the latest and greatest equipment. A really nice thing about this clinic is everything is electronic and digital. They will give an iPad to fill your paperwork and its the most easy way to fill out the paperwork. This makes life really easy. On top of that, the wait times are considerably less. I would definitely recommend this clinic for people who arw first timers and also for dental cosmetic surgery as they do implants and other dental cosmetic dentures. read more

After they did the intraoral camera on me, I heard an African Lady make rude comments about my dental condition. As if the walls aren't thin enough to hear peoples conversations. I came here because my boyfriend had a great experience. My appointment was at 9am and they schedule three other clients same time they were taken back immediately. I waited 25 min to be seen. The doctor saw me for 5 min, she also didn't have my information pulled up she had someone else's information pulled up which is a violation of hippa since she was calling me that patients name and brought up some of their history. I waited another 20 min for the receptionist to come to tell me my cost after the doctor left. After she told me I needed to come back for my fill and clean since they busy, what was the point of making my scheduled appointment to come back another day.
