This isn't even mentioning the aesthetics of the office itself. It's classy but also warm and inviting. This was one of the highlights in helping me choose this place. After got home, about 45mins to 60mins of feeling a little bit of soreness, I felt nothing afterward. I gotta enjoyed my day talking to my mom and taking a walk with my husband. My mom said, "really no pain?" And I said" yes" and my husband laughed when I acted normal because he knew I would be so mad when I am in pain and he is happy I am not mad :) The technique Dr. Andrew Choi used after teeth extraction really helps with healing and provides pain free comfort. Extractions were done skillfully with no pain at all. The little squishy(Mr. Tooth) really helped with my stress but it was all because I am scared of dentists and needles in general. Staff gave me a squishy and that was helpful. I told myself to get the squeeze ball I have at home but I forgot and when I was given Mr. Tooth, that made my day. Thank you Dr. Andrew Choi and Staff. You guys rock!!! I normally don't write review unless they are really good or really bad. In this case, I love Inland Choice Dental. For every business, it doesnt matter it's a hospitality business or dental, doctor, or any other kind, the first impression when your patient or client walk in is the welcome they feel. I did feel that. Everyone smiled when I walked in and to be honest, I had not had a good experience with a dental office and this is my first. Front staff is friendly not only that they mentioned they have coffee for us as patients to enjoy while waiting . Secondly, the cleaning experience was fantastic. The hygienist is gently and friendly. I am not high pain tolerant and I am really scared of pain. My teeth are sensitive because of gum recession and teeth cleaning is not something I am looking forward but it was great. It was not bad at all. :) I didn't get her name but thank you. She did more than what I had experienced at other offices. Meeting with Dr. Choi was the last thing and he actually explained pretty much I wondered about my teeth. All my questions were answered in the best of his knowledge. It made me feel hopeful about my worry of loosing my teeth due to gum recessions. The bottom line is it was an awesome experience and I am looking forward to many visits with Inland Choice Dental.

They both explained everything in detail to me before the procedure and also step by step as we went along. Dr. Carlson's bedside manner was so kind and gentle, it really put me at ease along with the worship music in the background. I also love that he explained he just came from a seminar where he learned new minimally invasive techniques for dentistry that he was able to apply to save my tooth structure and protect my teeth from bacteria I truly appreciate when practitioners take the time to keep learning and stay abreast of cutting edge techniques in their field and pass that on to the patient. It's such a huge benefit. They were both so thorough in their approach with me and as always Ashley was so kind and efficient in helping me get checked out. Going to the dentist when you're older can get a little scary but I always find myself so extremely grateful for Dr. Chad and his whole team! I drove over an hour and a half for my appointment, only to be told when I arrived that I would need to pay an additional fee, despite already paying for a membership. When I originally scheduled, the earliest appointment the receptionist offered me was a date that fell after the membership period, yet I was never informed that this would result in an additional charge or that there was an expiration date I needed to be aware of. When I brought the situation to the manager's attention and tried to explain what had happened, I was shocked by how dismissive and rude the interaction became. Rather than trying to understand or resolve the issue, I was essentially told that I could either pay the additional fee or find another dentist in my area. I was then told to leave the practice. I have never experienced this level of disrespect at a healthcare office, especially while trying to calmly address what I believed was a scheduling and communication issue. Being spoken to this way in front of other people was incredibly embarrassing and upsetting, particularly after driving more than 90 minutes for the appointment. A simple explanation and a professional attempt to resolve the misunderstanding could have made this an entirely different experience. Instead, I left feeling humiliated and completely dismissed as a patient. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this dental practice.

Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.

When I wrote a letter asking for my money back seeing as how I was paying over $10,000 to fix her work she barely responded and wanted me to sign papers saying I would never speak of this again for $300 I refused. I had no pain in any teeth, but Dr Larrondo made fillings for 4 cavities on one side of my mouth. After that, the teeth became sensitive and hurt when I chew. I went for "adjustment" twice with zero effect. I was told it is normal to have some sensitivity for a while. 7 months later, the teeth are still sensitive and hurt when I chew. I am practically unable to use half of my mouth because of the discomfort, and haven't been able to enjoy food properly since. Now, if one out of many fillings had ended up problematic, I would have thought - "bad luck". But 4 out of 4 to me indicates that there is something wrong with the procedure at Dr Larrondo practice. I have received multiple fillings throughout my life and never had any issue. Just a month ago I received 2 new fillings by another dentist, and I had no problems and no pain whatsoever. I actually filed a grievance with my insurer, but unfortunately they said that "it is normal to experience pain after interventions" (!?) so don't count on being protected. And because my insurance only covers one procedure per tooth in 2 years period, if I want my teeth fixed, I need to face huge out of pocket expenditure. In addition to the fillings problems, I had an "accident" with the anesthesia injection. The injection caused extreme pain that brought me to tears (probably too close to a nerve) and half of my face up to the eyebrow was numb almost all day. It was the worst pain I have experienced in my life. Of course, they make you sign that you understand that everything can cause complications in the beginning, so they are not liable for anything. Dr Larrondo and her staff are smily and might be nice on a personal level, but this cannot compensate for poor quality of care. I deeply regret going to this practice.

This business is not local to me but in desperation to find someone to look at my tooth, I called them. A nice girl named Caitlin answered the phone and told me they were booked at least a month out. I explained my situation and after putting me on hold, she was able to squeeze me in for an exam within two days. She made sure to tell me they may not be able to perform the work needed right away. Whatever. At least I am moving in the right direction. She offered to email me all forms and authorizations so that when I came in, they could see me right away and not take a bunch of time with paperwork. Super convenient! I wish all doctors and dentists did this. I arrived today for my exam/evaluation at 11am and was greeted at the door with a smile (no pun intended). I did not have a mask and was politely told it was their policy to protect their other patients, which I understand. I literally did not wait more than five minutes until being taken to the back for x-rays. I had Rosanna take my x-rays and she had heard from Caitlin that I was very nervous but not to worry. She originally took x-rays of the tooth in question but decided we might as well go through and do x-rays of all of my teeth. I know they were really squeezing me in but they took the time to go the extra mile rather than have me come back for a regular check-up. She was really nice and efficient. I always waited for her to say "bite down" before biting down. Of course, I failed to do this at the end and bit her finger. I couldn't be more apologetic and embarrassed. She told me she works with kids all the time and has gotten used to it. I now recognize she saw me as a 35 yr old kid, afraid of the dentist office. Afterwards Dr. Tran came in and quickly assessed a cavity as well as two other ones. I knew there were probably a couple others but no pain meant no rush. He recommended we get all three done at one time to limit the visits needed or further complications of them getting worse. He couldn't have been more gentle with my apprehension when looking in my mouth. He came in almost immediately after the x-rays were done. That never seems to happen. I found this practice to probably be the quickest, most efficient, honest and above-all, conscious of my immediate need for help. I understand doctors that do this for repeat patients but to squeeze me in and I've never visited the office before? Unheard of. Not local but I would/will make the drive for this group anytime. From the receptionist to the assistant/hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was world-class. I cant thank them enough. I'll update with a review on how my filling goes!
