Honestly, the BEST dental office I've ever been to, the entire staff are all amazing, and Dr. Higgins is THE BEST DENTIST EVER. I've been dealing with result of bad dental work for about 7 years and been to different dentists trying to get it fixed but never successful. Not only is Dr. Beverly extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and dexterous, she is also the most caring dentist I've ever met. I went in for a deep cleaning today and she made sure I knew exactly what was going on. She took her time numbing my mouth and would periodically check in with me. Afterward, she took the time to educate me on the aftercare and proper dental hygiene in general. I always feel so taken care of when I come in. Purchased the practice from Dr Holly who was amazing. The new practice is a 'drill & bill' with lots of pressure to schedule with out knowing the upfront costs. The equipment in the orange office kept breaking, office manager was very hard to work with, took 3 1/2 weeks to get the out of pocket costs and wasn't until I started to walk out that they finally gave them to me. Nothing new here. Same screaming staff in reception that gets hysterical about most things and a declining patient enrollment. My adult son and daughter both stopped business with Orange Coast Cosmetic Dentistry due to dental errors, extreme pain, and continual office clerical problems. Dr Beverly is running a charade of a business here in Laguna Niguel. I still have gum and tooth issues from the horrific crown work they did. They made a crown which fell out and they tried to reglue THREE times and CHARGE me for each time. The crown never adhered. They continued to send me ads, letters and even Birthday greetings a year later as a "little joke" after I left their office, even after I begged them to stop spamming my phone, email and mail service. They left a "sweet" snarky reply here because they know that they are doing nothing to retrain or redo any practices within their office. They just don't care! Please save yourself some pain and headaches. Do not go here! You will end up being hounded, emotionally abused, and forever scarred by Dentistry. Dr. Beverly is not your Friend. read more

Our family was with the prior owner of this business. Dr. Beverly purchased his honest practice and does not honor the PPO as agree pricing. They are greedy and charge much more the PPO plan pays. Surprise Money balances kept being charged. We Fired the Dentst a year ago. Paid all money due the for family. They now have billed my son $297.00 one year or more for a Fake service. They did not ever bill our Group PPO Plan. Just claim he has to pay a Phantom Fake Service. Run away and do not consider doing business with Orange Cosmetic Dental, Lindy Beverly DDS. I was previously a patient of Dr. Holley the previous owner. I went to one visit for a routine cleaning in which Dr. Beverly took over an hour. Mostly this was because on 3 separate occasions she had to leave me to place orders on the phone(it's a very small office and the exam rooms are right near the front desk where you can hear everything). Not professional at all. So, I took my business elsewhere as I didn't really like the new service. This was 2 years ago. Fast forward two years and I get a call saying I owe money for my cleaning from 2 years ago!! Um, what? First off, my insurance covers cleanings at 100% 4 times a year. No additional out of pocket costs when I was with Dr. Holley, none now with my new dentist. My only guess is this practice is doing poorly and they are now harassing old clients to garner any money they can. Like other reviewers have stated, stay away from this place. read more

This review is directed towards the new practice that was purchased in Laguna Niguel. I called to cancel an appointment 6 months in advance, as did my wife because my mother in law use to work there but does not anymore so we are following her to her new practice, and we both were yelled at by their employee Amanda. This wasn't loud talking, it was straight up yelling. I won't go into detail but this was pure crazy on what came out of this woman's mouth. No matter the reason why we canceled for someone to scream and yell and make threats is about as unprofessional as one can be. This office use to be great but now with new ownership and nasty vipers like Amanda it makes this place one to avoid. Lucky there are dentists every 7 feet in Orange County so avoiding this dentistry group is easy. read more

Came here after visiting 2 other places that were being really weird about giving me the up front price of a root canal when I provided all necessary info for them to do so they just kept pressuring me to do the surgery without knowing the cost cause " I was in pain" . Finally came across orange coast and was very happy upon my second walking in. They were extremely helpful with my situation sat me down told me what they were gonna do and HOS MUCH IT WAS GONNA COST something the others wouldn't do for me.
