The plaster lining has to be replaced because there are cracks so that are leak leaking behind the plaster. The entire filter and heater are compromised. Everything has to be replaced.

Because of this negligence, we are now facing serious issues with the seller, who is refusing to take responsibility or corrective action. For anyone planning to buy a new home: please make sure you personally walk through everything with your agent and test all appliances, plumbing, and fixtures yourself.
