I'm a huge fan of pistachio, so when I saw they had Matcha Pistachio it was a no brainer to order that. The gelato itself was incredibly smooth and creamy. It does cost an extra $1, but I thought the upgrade was worth it for the richer flavor. If you're also a pistachio lover or looking for something a little different from the classic matcha, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try! Service is standard and wish they had more outdoor seating while we had our dog with us.

I came in with my toddler, who is very active and needs to be closely held so he does not run off. I asked the older woman behind the register, who appeared to be the manager or shift lead, if I could place my order with her instead of using the kiosk. I explained that using the kiosk was difficult while holding onto my toddler and that I was willing to wait. Rather than clearly explaining that she could not take my order or giving me an estimated wait, she told me to wait and then continued doing other tasks behind the register. After waiting, it became clear she was not planning to help me order. I eventually had to use the kiosk while managing my toddler, with a line forming behind me. I had wanted to order in person because the menu was confusing in the moment, especially the difference between a matcha latte with matcha snow top and the matcha soft serve version. Because I could not get help, I ended up ordering the wrong item. When I later explained that clearer communication would have helped, there was no apology or acknowledgment. The interaction felt dismissive and not very family-friendly. I understand busy cafes use kiosks, but basic courtesy and clear communication still matter, especially for parents with young children. I like the concept of Maruwu Seicha, but this visit left me feeling unwelcome. I hope this location improves its customer-service training, especially for managers or shift leads.

The inside has such a pretty aesthetic, with a few inside tables to How to order is with an iPad kiosk, so card payment only. The menu selection is nice and simple, offering matcha and hojicha options. There are also small desserts like cheesecakes, cake rolls whole or slice and tiramisu. This tea shop is nice to go to after work to relax and decompress for a bit. Items my coworker and I ordered- * Hojicha Strawberry Latte - light sweet, soy milk and less ice. Rating 5/5 * Hojicha Cake Roll slice. Rating 5/5 * Matcha Latte - light sweet, oat milk, less ice. Rating 5/5

Decor is cute but sleek, vibes are calm, bar seating by window and a few small tables with seats. Ordering is fast at the kiosk front desk which doesn't seem to have a cashier. Lots of tasty drink options with milk choices and customizable sweetness and ice level - much appreciated! Cakes were delicious and filled with freshly whipped cream. We had the hojicha and biscoff ones. Not incredibly busy - a lot of orders were takeout. Cons: A lot of things were out of stock by 1pm but maybe this is due to Mother's Day. Pricey but the items were high quality. Store is a small footprint with limited utilities (no WiFi, bathroom was temporarily out of order). Parking is very difficult- it's on el Camino so the cars are unforgiving if you're trying to parallel park, and the road parallel by a block is not much better. It has an alley and a very cramped space in the back for a lot. Expect to walk.

This cafe is super nice to visit on a sunny morning - I usually like to get a cup of coffee and pastry for breakfast and just chill outside and chat. The service is good and the coffee is always good and consistent here. I always order an iced latte and there's never been any issues.

I'm so happy I did because it's one of the few places that has a nice London Fog. I love that when you get your coffee "for here" it comes in actual ceramic mugs instead of plastic or paper. Thanks for creating less waste this way They even have metal utensils too! There is a long table inside with an outlet extension for working that could comfortably seat 6 people, but up to 10 if you really wanted to. Inside, it's bright with all the storefront glass and spacious with its open strut ceiling concept. Aside from coffee and tea, they also have salads, croffles, tartines of various combinations, and pastries so you can grab a quick bite or dessert too. Parking is limited right in front of the café but there's another parking lot in the area so I wouldn't worry about parking here either. The cloud 9 name and theme is so clever since it is right by an aviation club. The music inside is light and unobtrusive. Outside there's a peaceful, quiet patio with shade, sun, and flowers. Absolutely magical.

The ube cream did not have a great ube taste and tasted powdery. The ube taste was very underwhelming, and I would just get the coconut cream and Vietnamese coffee next time. Lastly, it was a bit too sweet, and I will lower my sweetness next time, despite choosing a low sweetness level already. FOOD: 7/10 The egg sando was decent! The bread wasn't fluffy and soft, but not hard either. I've just had better sandos elsewhere but wouldn't mind getting it again. SERVICE: 10/10 The staff was nice and friendly, and the service was decently quick. I liked that their was a kiosk to order which helped me take my time to order and customize my preferences.
