Sales process was great for an out of stater, but the shipping has become ridiculous. Pat has been doing everything he can to get this car to me, and Luciano was great durning the sale. They fired their personal transport broker and have moved to one that is BBB certified and A+ ranking after me asking for a switch because it was just promises after promises from the first broker and took over a week and half and still didn't have a shipper. This new company also seems to be having issues getting a driver to bring the vehicle to me. Update: had to switch from enclosed vehicle transport to open trailer to get it by this upcoming weekend ( 3 work weeks from send a wire for full purchase price ) and I got a picture today from Luciano showing it loaded. Dealership is top notch, shipping however is not and pretty much outside of their control. Will update review again once I receive it. Shipping company damaged in transit, Not Signature Autos fault and I'm working with shipping company to get that resolved. DO NOT buy a car from this fraud dealership. Unfortunately, I did and paid for the car to be delivered only to discover the driver's seat would not adjust, outside mirrors won't adjust, key fob didn't work, tilt column doesn't work, push button start doesn't work. All electrical. I confirmed with the salesperson Luciano that the car was operable and he confirmed in writing before signing. When I tried to reach the dealership no answer on Friday, tried all day Saturday and no answer! Called the finance company to file the fraud paperwork and then finally the salesperson reached out to say he was sick? I guess everyone was sick because no one answers. Then I get attitude and he says I got a car in good mechanical order and that's what I signed for!!! Nope, you don't sell a car that you say the mechanic checked twice and never mentioned nothing electrical works! I trusted this dealership. I can't even move the seat to touch the gas pedal! We purchased a 2013 Audi A5 Quattro Prestige on April 4th with Signature Auto Enterprises, sales guy Pat Kumar. We have been going back and forth trying to reach the owner who had told Adam the sales manager, we would be hearing from him. This went on all day Thursday and Friday with absolutely no call back from him, we have made multiple attempts. Our vehicle had the oil light come on, April 7th, we went to get a 150-point inspection done, then with Pats advice, went to get a second opinion, a 300- point inspection with a repair shop more accustomed to Audis. Pat told me it wasn't necessary to procced with a 300-point inspection, but this I found strange and did anyways. The car is now sitting and not being driven, at the repair shop They found both front axles need to be replaced and there is an active oil leak from a valve cover and is unsafe to drive because it can risk engine damage. This is not minor wear and tear and an active oil leak from a valve cover right after purchase absolutely falls under an implied warranty issue that I signed the day of purchase along with Pats words telling us, "By law you are absolutely covered if you leave and something major happens." (Referring to the implied warranty.) We are looking at about $4100-4200 worth of parts and labor for these issues and by law I am covered under the signed implied warranty. I need to have the phone call to us that we keep being told we are going to receive from the owner. Our mechanic has tried to reach out several times, along with us. I find it very disappointing and odd that this owner claims he is going to call us the customers who is having an issue and not even have a conversation with us. Extremely unprofessional. If we cannot resolve this promptly, I will be filing formal complaints with the Illinois Attorney Generals office along with the Illinois Secretary of State and Federal Trade Commission, as well as pursuing additional legal remedies. One of two things, take the vehicle back or pay for the necessary repairs. Hopefully we can resolve this matter quickly without any additional outside sources. read more

Not the 1st customer to make the drive only to find the car they're interested in no longer available though. I also understand that shopping at the low end of their inventory price wise made me a low priority customer. I bought a car under the presence that thr only thing wrong with it is it would eventually need a new battery. I went to see a mechanic so they could heck it out. They came back with a list of things wrong with the car that totaled needed repairs to over $4000. Since I'm still under warranty I went back to the dealership to see what they could do any why I was ne er told more was wrong with the car the day I bought it? Instead of working with me to find a solution, they gave me the run around and told me they refused to put any added work into my car. I was told maybe the owner will agree to take back the car and give me back the money, but no guarantee. I have to call back tomorrow to see it the owner will be willing to take the car back. I'm so disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I received from this place. I also didn't appreciate the attitude I received from the workers. I tried to be as polite and understanding of the situation as I could be but they made me feel like I was wasting their time. I should mention that one of the reasons they refused to do added work on my car is because the price of my car was cheap and more labor on it would cost more money; yet the day I bought the car i was charged an extra fee in case the car needed more work on it. Terrible experience! They actually get a -5 stars. Worst car buying experience of my life, and I've purchased many. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere, I implore you. I bought a 2007 Mustang that was not disclosed of having serious safety issues with the brakes and steering. You couldn't tell during the test drive. I found out a week later from a reputable repair shop, that I was driving a rolling dangerous death trap until repairs were made. The repair cost equated to the actual value of the car purchased, and of course the repairs weren't covered on the standard 15 day warranty. Very convenient that nothing was wrong with the power train components covered under warranty. I don't believe they even inspected the vehicle at all! Oil was filthy, some light bulbs out, which still didn't even get changed correctly when requested. The mechanics on site are a joke. They were supposed to provide a multi-point inspection of the vehicle. That's hilarious. They didn't lift a finger before placing the vehicle for sale! I contacted the dealer about the disdain of my added repair costs, and provided all the details of repairs needed from a reputable Ford dealership. Sales rep tried to convince me not to listen to them... The front steering parts are fine. Yeah, okay. That sounds like a great idea. It would be better to listen to the words of the dealer who just took advantage of selling me a dangerous vehicle. But still, the sales guy agreed to compensate me something for the inconvenience. An exact dollar figure of compensation never got discussed. I got two weeks of the runaround, from the GM being out for Covid (whatever, even if true) OR... Oh yeah.. He just stepped in, I'll talk to him and I'll call you right back. Never did! 2 weeks of the exact same thing. An endless loop of runaround. I remained extremely polite and patient throughout the process. Finally, I get a text back that they won't help or compensate me a dime, because I didn't "give them the chance" to make the repairs in their shop. Sure, I'm going to bring the vehicle back to the same place that sent the vehicle out for sale with filthy oil and lights out, and with the other dangerous issues. I'd rather pay out of pocket elsewhere! And yes, I did project a few choice comments back to them before closing the case. But at the end of the day, the joke is on them.. I love the Mustang and got it all fixed up. I've now invested in the vehicle double for what it's currently worth, but I will enjoy it for years to come, and forget about this horrible dealership I bought it from soon enough. Karma will get them; it always does. Unfortunately, us victims don't get to know when it happens, but it will. My issue is that I fell in love with the Mustang too quickly without doing enough research on this terrible dealership. That's my bad, as emotions overtook logic. I wish I would have seen all the negative review here first as red flags. But it's all good; live and learn. Oh, but wait for it... BUYER BEWARE! - Bought a car for my daughter on 10/3/2020, (more than 1 year ago) from Signature Auto Enterprises. Paid for car, title and registration. Never received the Title and unable to purchase a plate sticker. Sec of State (DMV) does not show me in their system, just shows the previous owner. The manager (DAN DRESCHER) hides behind some sales guy named Chris (who states that he'll be the only one that I will talk to). They only have one phone number 847-278-7663 for everyone there. The manager and title person will not even provide their email addresses. Very shady business practices. My daughter is not able to drive to school nor work, because this car is not legal. Nothing but stall tactics and not accepting any responsibility. They just keep saying that they registered the car, using some third party link. But DMV, Sec of State says otherwise and still no title. They could've at least sent temp plates and re-filed, so that my daughter can get to school and work. They never showed me the title, looks like they never had it in the first place. Police, State Attorney General and legal action are my next steps, because this looks like fraud/theft. read more
