I did clear out my car completely which probably was my fault but when I got back to it there was things missing. They were irrelevant things, but it's the principle of not touching other people's belonging. I bring my car here all the time for a wash but the last time i went, i requested my window to be washed thoroughly bc off a recent roadtrip. Whoever washed my car got on my hood and dented my new car. The owner took no accountability and said i can't prove it. He even mentioned the guy washing my car had mistakes in the past (scratched rim, etc) but didn't think that he was capable of making another mistake? There's absolutely no accountability if there happens to be damage on your car, even if it's new with no apparent damage to the car. 3 stars because the staff is very friendly, however I've been here twice and on both occasions the process felt rushed. Pricing is fair but your overpaying on the services offered if there is no visible difference between a regular wash and their "signature wash". I had the same smudges on my windows from when I dropped the car off. They sprayed the leather seats but didn't wipe all of it off leaving some streaks. They cleaned the floor mats but then left dirty shoe prints in them while I assume going back in to clean the seats. There was residue around the car from whatever spray on wax is used and the middle console and dashboard weren't cleaned throughly at all. The tires and rims were shined pretty nice however those are fairly new so I'm sure that was easy. I don't know.. they say 3rd time is a charm but..I don't know.. this is def the place for when you need a quick touch up not a good detail. read more

Avoid this place at all cost! Save your time and money. I strongly believe both the review under are fake reviews. I took my vans here to get a full interior and exterior detail job for one van and only interior for the other. I picked up the van#1 with only the interior job the next day because they couldn't get both the van ready on time. When I saw my van I was very disappointed with their cleaning. I had to to point out many different spots in the van that were unclean. I couldn't even tell that my van had a full interior detail job beside just the carpet being cleaned. I showed the dirty spots to the owner/manager short Colombian guy with short hair, short neck who was very stubborn and rude. Once I pin pointed the dirty spots he came with a cloth and a spray bottle and started to clean the dirty spots in a very lousy way. Once that was done I told the guy please do a good job on the other van #2. He replied: "I'll tell my guy take to do a better job don't worry". Next day I came to pick up van#2 with both interior and exterior detail. Interior looked better cleaned than van #1 but still did not look like it had an 100% interior detail job. Sticky cup holders, dust were still coming out the cloth seat when I had clapped on the seat with my hand. Exterior job was slightly decent - there were swirl marks on the van with left over polishes on the edges, corners etc etc. Last but not least, I checked the roof of the van and I was shocked when the guy was trying to fool me by not detailing the roof of the van. I found out when I stepped up the rear bumper and noticed it was untouched. Forget it being detailed, it was not even cleaned! He had only cleaned and detailed the front roof right above the windshield to make it look clean. Once I found out he had only detailed the side and front roof of the van I confronted the guy. I had dropped off my van for a full detail job not half. He started making excuses like "oh we don't do that. It's too high". Full detail means the entire van beside the roof. "My cleaners could fall from their ladder" and bunch of horse shit excuses. Mind you his cleaners did do the front of the roof to fool me. I refused to pay the full amount for the exterior job and the cops got involved. The only option I was given was I had to pay, even though it was a shitty job + I was ripped off with half job and roof untouchedI, but I can complain to the better business bureau and proceed to receiving my refund.
